The River Resort sits on the Pilchuck River, it's located on a dead end private gravel road. This is one site with two bell tent canvas yurts. One party at a time is all we allow. Yurt #1 is 16 ft. has 1 queen bed a fold out single couch an electric fireplace. Yurt #2 is 16 ft. and has a double bed and same couch and fireplace. There is power for RV close by with additional room for more tents. There is a CLEAN custom made vault restroom for both men/woman. Also, an instant hot water tank for a shower for guest to use. Two picnic table, a covered kitchen area with a water pump, just bring your own water to wash dishes. An above ground fire pit you can cook on. We can also provide a propane tank for $15.00 for 2 nights, grill is free to use.. For an additional fee, a wheel barrel full of good dry wood for $25.00 all payable directly to Bruce/Lynn at check out. We live on property but you’ll have 100% privacy at river. The listing is for eight people on the property but if you choose to bring additional guest, it will be five dollars per night per guest ages 5 and above. Payable directly to Bruce and Lynn at check out. Do NOT INCLUDE EXTRAS IN YOUR RENTAL FEE today. We do ask you to list everyone 5 and above so we know who will be on property. We are a recycle family so please use our recycle bins but you must take out your own garbage when you leave. We will provide you with two large garbage bags. We ask that you remove your shoes while in yurts. Animals are welcome and they can be inside the yurts, but NOT on furniture/beds. Also, we provide doggie poo bags and a shovel so pick up what they leave behind them. We have a camp box that can be rented if you want to camp but do not have typical camping supplies. You can fish from our rivers edge but you must have a fishing license and know the fishing regulations in order to not be fined. For the 4th of July, min. 3 day rental is required. Please note neighbors can be very loud celebrating during this time. We cannot ask them to be quiet. This is recreational property so keep that in mind Come relax and let the stresses of daily life until you get back home from being on this beautiful property. We provide a brand new mattress protector for each reservation. . You can also set up tents for additional guest. Fall asleep to the sound of the river. You’ll have access to a fire pit under a gazebo if it’s rainy, it’s a shared area with us host! You will have a fire pit near the river. Firewood provided at an additional cost, paid directly to the host. The area is flat and the ground is sandy soft or muddy during rainy season. The vaulted restrooms are very close and has an ice machine, a heater for when it’s chilly, a very nice instant hot water heater that provides a really nice hot shower! You’ll have access to a gas grill. Propane is not provided, so bring a tank for BBQ or a portable propane porch heater! Bring your favorite cooking utensils! Propane not provided but you can fill your tanks just in case in town at the Shell station. There is a separate fire pit with a charcoal base and a kettle bar! One hammock for lazy days right on the river! There’s 30 amp power available at the restrooms So bring your extension cord for your RV is needed. We have one extension cord to each of the yurts. If you need power for your other items, bring another power cord. We have two swings, teeter totter, floating toys are for your use if not popped or left to float down river. Everything is at your own risk! We are constantly adding more! So come check us out!
