Great family campsite, have been here before and will continue to book it each year! Great host with very quick and thorough communication. Would definitely recommend!

This is a beautiful site right on the river very close to Canyon Falls. The driveway is very steep but manageable. The porta potty was filled to the rim and had not been cleaned since June so several months. The ten trailer was covered in rat droppings and black mold. So we had to go to town and buy a tent as this was not disclosed to us. Overall we had a good time but its not worth $145 nightly. The perk is that there was access to water and electricity. The bunk houses are great for kids or teens. Had the mold and rat droppings been disclosed we would have been better prepared and not had to shell out money for new expensive tent.

My friends and I loved this campsite (: it’s so beautiful, and also very nice that they had the complimentary RV and two bunkhouses. I hope we can come back again in the future 😊

My main man Murphy & I had a great time tent camping on this spot. 🐶 Private area down to the river and close to some great hiking spots! He was off leash the whole time and enjoyed scouting out the place. Would definitely camp here again🏕💕

This was the absolute perfect location right on the river! It was still camping with a few nice amenities to have. Portapotty was very clean and recently serviced. It was nice to have a power outlet and water from the hose. Host was very helpful and responsive. I do think it was kinda spendy for “camping” but given the location maybe that’s why. Would definitely recommend and be back 😊

I really liked the option to plug electronics in. I brought my crockpot and instant pot so it felt a little more like clamping which I liked. The electricity in the camper quit working so my dinner I was cooking almost was ruined (so glad I noticed the outlet quit working and moved it to the outside outlet by the hose)
As for the site, I feel like it was overpriced for what it was. We didn't utilize the camper because it just didn't smell awesome and was super hot. The spot on the river made it impossible for my almost 2 year old to enjoy because of all the big rocks. So one of us had to stay up with her the whole time.
Also there were 2 identical cars that sort of made it feel like our space was being invaded, I thought we'd have the whole place to ourselves. Someone I was there with said that the person around those cars seemed like they were on drugs (I didn't see this person) but that also wasn't thrilling as we had kids.
Overall it wasn't bad but not the most awesome just because of all the big rocks and the sketchy cars right next to us.

Overall we had a great time at this spot!
The site was spacious, plenty of areas for us to hang out, cook and sleep. There were 8 of us - 2 slept in their car, 3 of us pitched tents and the others utilized the bunkhouses. The bunkhouses were a bit wobbly but it was nice to be able to use them.
The best part was having direct access to the river! There was a rocky beach we walk along to get to a nice spot for swimming.
The only real downside was the toilet. The area in which the composting toilet was in looked clean, however the smell was nauseating within 24 hours of us being there.
I would probably still stay here but would need to figure out a different bathroom situation.

Gorgeous view of the river and mountains, it was a great spot to stay cool during the Heat wave! Kids loved staying in the bunkhouses. Enough space to pitch up tents. Loved that the site had sheltered picnic table and enough chairs. Didn't stay in or use the trailer much but it was stocked with extra camping supplies if needed. Composting toilet was clean, non-stinky and stocked with TP & mulch. Overall a great place and more of a experience between camping & glamping

Plus: Host Matt was attentive and got back to me in a timely manner on all the inquiries I had. Minuses: Campsite and trailer on lot were unkempt, and other than the view of the river down a short but steep path, site wasn’t particularly comfortable or scenic for the steep price.

Don’t take your trailer/rv here if you don’t have 4WD. We barely made it out, with 4WD. The river and mountain views were beautiful. The camp site had some random stuff in it, like a few utility trailers, some plastic basins full of rain water, and some old dish gloves. The GFCI electrical outlets were finicky and wouldn’t work with our trailers but worked fine for directly plugging into appliances via extension cord. The best river view was from a small area, which could could be improved if someone hacked down the overgrowth of invasive plants. The bunkhouse was very cool, and would be fun for kids to sleep in, but we didn’t use it. Nearby hike up to the Heybrook lookout tower was steep but spectacular.

Beautiful spot - we had 3 kids in one of the bunkhouses and they loved it - we stayed in the camper which was a little run down but a nice bonus not to have to pitch a tent. The spot was incredible - right next to the river and great swimming. You could hang out under the bunkhouses and stay dry too which was nice when it briefly rained. There was power there and water from a hose. Camper sink was packed with someone else's dishes (presumably clean) but we didn't touch them because the camper water / drain was marked non-functional) - all that was clear in the listing so no problem. Also recommend reading the instructions on how to find the spot really clearly - don't rely on phone maps.
All in all awesome and I would love to stay again.

It's a great place, wonderful hosts, but we had to clean up garbage and human waste from the past folks. Not fun.
Electric hook up wasn't working, but they came right away to repair the issue and bingo. Deal done
It has great potential and definitely worth exploring!! AMAZING HOSTS!!

The location is amazing! Gated community, private location, next to the river with easy access and a cute deck to sit on and watch the river/nature. The title of "glamping" is misleading. This is not glamping, it is camping. The trailer is old, cabinets are full of things, and it has obviously been well used over the years. The site has been cleared but that is really all as far as the site upkeep, again, definitely not "glamping". The toilet is working but behind the trailer, no real privacy, dirty and a little stinky. Due to these things, we believe this is a bit over priced for what you actually get.

This was a gorgeous site with lots of room for our group! The river was amazing and the swim hole down a ways was so rad. The trailer with AC was awesome to have. My friends and I would love to come back!

The spot was beautiful! It overlooked the river with decks you can sit on and a fire ring to use. You can go down and hangout on the rocks by the river or you can walk a bit upstream to an awesome swimming area where you can fully submerge. Loved the area and Mike was very communicative!

It was such a beautiful birthday getaway! You are right next to the river and get a beautiful view of the mountains. The cabin was well insulated as well. Definitely be cautious driving down if you have a vehicle close to the ground however because there is a big log you have to get over which can be a little bit of a challenge. But we will absolutely be back!

This was a great camping spot. The location being river front was ideal for what we wanted. The bunk houses and areas to sit are a great plus. My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. We were able to book both lot 29 and 30 as a private lot which we found to be perfect. Although, we would NOT want to stay here if we had to share the other lot with strangers since it would have been too close. Lot 30 has decent level ground for the RV but do not recommend an RV for lot 29 since the ground is so uneven. Directions getting to the camp were a little confusing so don't be like us and show up when it got dark and can't see the signs clearly. Train runs through across the river every now and then. We weren't expecting that but it wasn't a big deal. Had a ton of fun in the river and cooking on the campfire. Bring river shoes because the rocks hurt. All in all, had a blast and would recommend!

It was really great private spot, but bunk house was not clean/ventilated as we expected. So had to camp out, luckily we had a tent with us. Otherwise, really nice river access and compositing toilet arrangement. Site Location was remote compared to other cabins on the way, please bring bear spray just in case needed.

Beautiful spot, conveniently located. Right on the river with views of the surrounding mountains. My cousin (F) had issues with the host advice “just go number 1 in the woods” because you couldn’t really get any privacy that way. You’re either looking into the neighboring site or at homes across the river. Lots of knotweed growing that inhibits walking in the woods. Also we didn’t know the train would come by at all hours, twice it woke folks up. The proximity to the train tracks and how the bunkhouse was secured led to it vibrating the structure when trains passed. Had a good time playing in the river.

Matt and Michael are great to work with. Matt met us at the site and spent a good 40 minutes showing us around the area. The site is a wide clearing on the waters edge. There is a slight incline that's easy to walk down to water. We were the only campers there.
Three cabin lofts, one at each site, sits on stilts on top of a deck. A ladder is the only way to get up to the cabins which are quite high, and as we had our dog Augie with us, there was no way we were hoisting him up there. We are more tent campers anyway. Underneath the cabin sits that great deck. We had a round glass table and chairs. Personally, we felt they could have skipped the loft cabins and just made it a great site with the covered decks and a table at each site. There is a stone campfire pit and a custom composting toilet they built, but other sites will have to walk thru ours to use it. There is also electricity at each site, with two 110 outlets and our site had a hose attached to the bottom of the pole which provided clean well water.
The area is beautiful. You need water shoes for the river, there are big stones and rocks and the current in the middle is strong, so its all about staying closer to shore.
We hiked to both falls and Sunset Falls was fab. Overall about an easy 2.5 mile hike there and back.
Take bug spray, its buggy. There is also very little cell service once there.
Matt and Michael are just getting started and we are sure there will only be more great things to come with this site.
