With 300ft of private waterfront river access across 4 acres, River's Edge provides easy access to the best fly fishing in Washington state. There are endless opportunities to relax, fish and enjoy a quiet stretch of the Yakima River. Complete with 4 RV hook-ups offering 30/50 AMP + water service and 4 tent only sites, you can enjoy this slice of unique Washington wonderland with your whole family. Rustic and remote, you will feel instant peace and relaxation as you arrive. Just over an hour east of Seattle sits our beautiful property. It's an easy and beautiful drive on I-90 all the way, then a short drive to the property. Being on the east side of the Cascades, this campground is almost always sunnier than the city, warmer in the summer, and snowier in the winter. But the riverfront is where the true magic is. Fly fishing and bird watching heaven! Many hours have been spent relaxing in, on, or near the river with friends, family, and dogs. It's always changing, always alive, and that's why we love it. If you need supplies, groceries or a restaurant, the town of Ellensburg is just 13 minutes away, and the fun town of Cle Elum/Suncadia resort with its restaurants and the Swiftwater Winery, is about 22 minutes away. Remote yet connected! Our property amenities include a shared, central fire pit & gazebo/table/chairs for all guests to use. There is a flush toilet available on site (however no shower or laundry access). Our site is intentionally rustic and we can't wait to share it with others who love being outdoors with nature. Suggested Packing list: River shoes, bug spray, sun hat, suncreen, camping chairs, binoculars, layers (it can go from chilly to blazing and back again), a good book, board games, s'more supplies, floaties/life jackets, leashes/poop bags.

Convenient for concert at the gorge. Beautiful spot on the Yakima River. We arrived at dark and it wasn’t well lit. So hook up wasn’t ideal. First gate a little janky, but nice to be safe behind two gates. We had one neighbor, then were kind and had a dog. Price was worth it. Would go back!

This property is extraordinary. It has power/water at most sites and very nice restroom facilities. The owners are easy to communicate with and readily available. We loved being by the river, it was quiet, and private. Highly recommend.

Site #2 was right on the river. We parked facing the river and the was more than enough room for our shore power to reach. (Connection was near the front of the camper.) Rest room outside the gate was clean. Quiet weekend only disturbed by the every once in a while train. River access was nice and since the water was low enough a wading pond was out front. No dump station on site, we used the Indian John Hill on I-90 heading west since it’s on the way. Only gripe, wish the gate were automated since we went to and from a couple times. Definitely will be back if going to concerts out in the gorge again.

I loved camping here with my cousin! The morning was so beautiful to look at the river and enjoy the serenity of the world around us. I will say that you should prioritize getting there in the daylight, we had gotten there after dark which made everything confusing. Overall such an amazing place-thank you for having us!

The campground was well kept and spacious, and the codes for access worked as expected. The sound of the river was very soothing and we were able to access the river easily enough. There's a nice little eddy in the river where could wade in to our stomach without much fear of getting swept down river.

Loved this spot. Nicely spaced out (which was great since it was a packed weekend) and a beautiful view. Bathroom was clean and a nice bonus! I was prepared for a dirt patch and an unapproachable raging river based on other random reviews, but I disagree. We carefully explored the water with our kids, and felt the grounds were totally fine. Would love to visit again some day! Thank you for sharing this gem with us Adam!

Even though this spot isn’t right along ricer, there were still beautiful views and lots of space. Host was very accommodating and we appreciated the abundance of space. We didn’t swim but it’s possible to sit and relax if you’re adventurous!

Overall a great place!! Gated area and very private and clean! No play area for kids and river is very fast flowing. Customer service is excellent!!! Everything was wonderful!! There are tons of bees and it’s all gravel and grass and bumpy, I feel it wasn’t very kid friendly but we went into town and went to a local waterfront park where our kid could play and go into the water they could be in shallow waters.

This site was incredibly peaceful, with a refreshing breeze and plenty of shade from the trees. The indoor toilet, and potable water were fantastic amenities that added extra comfort. The property felt very safe and secluded, and the sites were spacious enough for everyone in our group. We had plenty of room to pitch our tents and set up our kitchen. The hosts were gracious and even offered us a spot with better river views. Although we opted not to go into the river due to the rain and thunderstorm, the riverside location is definitely a highlight. We will absolutely be returning!

We are a group of 4 families and we camp in tents. We chose sites 5 and 6 without knowing much about the layout. However, after we went there, we realized there are better sites right in front of the river and we should have gotten that instead of 5 and 6. But overall, we had a lot of fun. Adam (host) is super quick with responses and very helpful. The river was absolutely beautiful. Our family enjoyed taking a dip in the water and taking pics. There were outlets to charge devices. Restroom is cleaned everyday reasonably well and well stocked. However there are things that can be improved. There is only one restroom shared by all sites and with ~20 to 25 campers, it was taking quite long in the morning. It would be nice to have sink outside so we can just brush and move on and don’t need to wait too long. The sinks had warm water and the toilet was reasonably clean which was nice. Cooking is a big part of our camping and without picnic table it was hard. Luckily there was one picnic table lying around in another site and we asked them if we could take it and got that. It would be nice if each site can have its own picnic table. Thankfully Adam let us borrow tables lying around. It is good place for RV but if you are tent camper, you do have to adjust a bit. It rained a bit and our campsites were not on elevated spots. So, there was water in our tents and beds were soaking wet. So, choose your tent spots wisely.

What a beautiful spot! We will definitely be back. The grounds are well maintained, property is fenced to keep littles and pets from wondering to the river bank. The community bathroom was immaculate. Easy check-in, great preliminary information and instructions. You can’t go wrong with any of the seven campsites. Also loved the shared gazebo and fire pit. No fires this time of year, but I assume it will be lovely in better fire danger conditions. 5 Stars! Speaking of stars, they were amazing! Venus and Mars were completely visible, Big Dipper was literally hanging right on top of the campground- amazing.

Great location, right on the river. Good spacing between sites. Water and power to each of the tv spots is a huge plus. Adam was great to deal with. He gave us all of the information/updates we needed and was quick to respond to messages. We will definitely stay there again!

This space was one of our favorite spots along our two week road trip! Beautiful site just off the river with access to swim. The entire space was enclosed and made us feel very safe. We really enjoyed our stay and wished it was longer than just one night.

We really enjoyed our stay at Caddis Cove. Adam was right on top of answering any questions we had. The property is nice. The camp spots are spaced moderately apart so you don't feel like you are camping with strangers. Overall it was a great stay.
