Private property as well as private beach Access nestled in the trees with the beautiful woods and an amazing view of the skagit River. Activities include fishing, swimming, river rafting, kayaking, and wild bird watching. Also, we have 3 fire pits available: 1 in ground near the gazebo overlooking on the river 2 portable. Alcohol and marijuana are okay as long as they are used responsibly.Wanta a getaway from the city to relax and rejuvenate. This Beautiful cleared acre property right on the Skagit river is perfect for a group of friends or family 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 trip, or just a romantic 💝💕 getaway with your person.❣️ You can use this place as a base 🏕 camp to explore many great Hiking trails and Popular Northwest lookouts near Baker Lake, Diablo Lake, Sauk Mountain, Raser park, Ross Lake, Cascade pass. Have a beautiful day trip to these places then come back relax and rejuvenate for the night at your campsite. I have private river access right from your campsite. Great fishing with huge salmon. Activities you can do on your own include fishing, swimming, river rafting or Kayaking, Wild bird watching. Bring a 🏐 volleyball net. Lots of room to play a great outdoor game. Bring your bikes 🚴‍♀️ too kids love riding bikes on our property there is lots of room and easy to ride around 🚴‍♂️ with a complete view of the whole property so no worries about your kids being out of your sight. I have 2 firepits available 1 portable and 1 huge wide in-ground firepit across from the gazebo that's overlooking the river. There are rounds of wood as in the pictures so you can set up your camp chair next to each one and use the rounds of wood as a table to set your food or drink down for a more convenient setup. Bring a hammock I have the perfect placement of trees to tie one up and take a nap anywhere you would like there is a lot of nice shade. This enchanted property will amaze you with the breathtaking views of the water at sunset and across the river is all woods. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee sitting at the table in the gazebo all while hearing the birds sing to you and the sounds of the river flowing so you can just relax and rejuvenate enjoying your time Completely immersed in the country riverside setting. In our gazebo, you will find a brand new black patio table and 4 matching chairs. Lights inside at the top and there are extra outlets available to charge your cell phone or to plug in an air pump to blow up your air mattress. Please note the power strip is not for pluging in a camper or rv. Mini fridge with freezer in the gazebo. I also have a 5-gallon water cooler with a hot water side. The bathroom is a brand-new porta-potty. I have it serviced every friday and will Sanitize after each group's stay. Next to the bathroom is a stainless steel outdoor sink with big mirror over sink and dail hand soap provided. I have wood for sale a whole wheel barrel full of split dry wood that holds 4 HUGH bundles for $40. Or 1 bundle with 6 hugh pieces of wood for $10. I have fire starters to get your fire going super easy for $5. You can pay cash on arrival or use Venmo, cash app, or PayPal me. Please pay for wood upon arrival just to insure my supply is good before I take payment for it. 😇 I want your group to have an amazing camping experience so I have thought of everything to make this property a great place to camp. If there is anything you forgot to bring don't worry Im sure I have it and more than to happy to let you borrow anything you may need to have a perfect time. Also, fyi there is another campsite on the other side of the fence privately owned and only used by a very sweet small family and is only there some weekends in the summer. There is a Privacy fence up in camp area and they have no access to your camp area. If you would like to come see the property before booking your trip to make sure it's right for you. River Rejuvenation Retreat

Tent camped for a day, would’ve loved to stay longer, even with a cloudy day skagit river was beautifully blue and the camp site had everything we needed with the luxury of a sink with running water, fridge and a portopotty that was very clean. It ended with a beautiful sun break and the sound of skagit river as a lullaby! We will definitely be back!

Amazing!!

This campsite was amazing! All the amenities were so nice to have and Cindy was a wonderful host. The beach is incredible and super private, an ideal spot for dogs and kids. We will be back.

Perfect Riverside Stay

Such a great host! The site was very well-maintained and stocked with more amenities than we had imagined. We were very comfortable, and Cindy gave us instructions to a nearby sandy beach which we absolutely loved. Overall the site was gorgeous and peaceful, and I had no doubt that Cindy was ready to help accommodate us in any way. We certainly hope to return!

Best place ever

Cindy’s place was beautiful, clean, small drive to trail heads and lakes, and private, what more can you ask for💜 Perfect for my family to enjoy the outdoors with amenities at my age I sure appreciate😉 I had peace of mind while we were gone during the day knowing I don’t have to worry about my “things”. Worth every penny for the privacy, gazebo ( it did rain one day and this was our sanctuary, port-a potty (cleaned after every reserved camper), portable water and a sink so helpful for cleanup, and FIRE! There was a fire ban in affect but because we were on private land we could have fire which of course makes the camping trip complete 😁 The view of the roaring river, short walk to a beautiful beach like setting for a day of swimming, badminton or just relaxing your worries away, and star gazing was amazing!! I only wish we were closer to utilize it more often. I never felt uncomfortable or like I was being watched. You can see her place but she is far enough away where you feel “private”. There is electricity. The WiFi was a bit spotty, but our intent was to be away from all that😉
