Primitive camping
Best for self-contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or potable water at this Hipcamp.
Our beachin camp is located on the Longbeach, Washington Peninsula. It's a dry camp, for now. It's less than a half mile to the ocean. We have four sites available. Each site has a cute cinder block firepit. Its perfect for RV's or tent sites. As you turn onto the property you will be met with a gate. To identify the correct property you will see two small brick pillars at the entrance. Please be sure the keep the gate closed when not in use. Upon entering the gate, our campsites are located along the LEFT-hand side and are distinguishable by the 4 built-in block firepits. (Please note: the campsites along the right-hand side that are nearest to the cell tower are not operated by us.) Pack out what you pack in. All trash must be removed at check out. Jack's Country Store offers garbage drop off for a small fee. There is a small park with a restroom located a couple blocks away that is usually open for public use. Beachin Campsite D
Highly Recommend
Tracy was an excellent host and responded right away. She was very accommodating and allowed us to show up early. Would highly recommend, close to all events for Rod Run. Perfectly secluded and accommodated our large group, we rented all 4 sites. Lots of stickers so be sure to wear good shoes but did not take away from from everything these sites had to offer.

Beachin Campsite D
Campsite D was great. Next to the tree line and tucked into the corner of the campground for a bit more privacy. Neighbors were friendly and a short drive to local beaches, getting into town, and not too far from the Astoria area.

Beautiful but prickly
We loved the proximity to the beach, and the general state of the campsite was better than I’d expected for the price…thank you for sharing your property! But campers beware of the sticker-thorn ground cover…if I had known to expect this we would have been more prepared with a mat outside the tent for changing shoes, something to kneel on when building our fire and setting up our tent, etc.

Needs better management by host
Gate was easy to find but that was all I could say good about it. Sites were not well marked leaving multiple other campers to be in the wrong site leaving us to show up to find our site had been taken by other campers. Sites are close together so it can be cramped (although if you like a community vibe you might like it) the burn pits had trash left in them by previous campers which is not the host fault but it shows they are unable to maintain the sites. Our host was unavailable for hours and would not respond to texts or calls until late at night. Me and my wife were only able to get things sorted out by having another camper connect us with their host since the whole site is managed by two separate individuals. Was told our host had other obligations and that was why she was to busy to speak with us to help us sort out this fiasco. The second host tried to help fix the problem and had us camp in one of there other spots that at the time of arrival had no body in it but a few hours after set up the people that booked that site had showed up and had the same problem we had just hours prior. The whole situation was extremely stressful and the fact we could not reach our original host was very unprofessional. The second host tried to fix things but ultimately it just led to more problems for other campers.

Beachin Campsite C
Nicely saved sites
The site was adequate and the location nice. There are really 8 sites not 4. There is adequate space for all the campers and the others were very respectful. It seemed very safe. The stars were amazing!!! The only problem with my site was there were a large number of sandspurs and I mean a lot. I couldn't put my tent on that or I would be forever pulling them out and getting stuck. I slept in my car. Much of the compound was burr-free but for some reason my site was not. I would come back but to a different site.
