Rural North Spokane lot for rent with full hookups — 50-amp and 30-amp service available. Enjoy a wooded walking trail and a grassy play area. For longer stays, we also offer a community garden. We’re dog-friendly and have a community-style fire pit that runs on wood or gas, depending on the season. The atmosphere here is low-key and quiet, with friendly and helpful guests. Conveniently located near shopping, entertainment, restaurants, and transportation. Just blocks from Cat Tales and Highway 2, and only 15 miles from the Little Spokane River Natural Area.We have both 50 and 30 amp available at all sites. We have a total of 10 sites, not all of them are listed on Hipcamp, so if you have questions please reach out. There’s a wood fire pit when the county allows burning, and a gas fire for when they won’t. There’s a wooded walking trail and grassy play area. For those that want to stay a while, we also have a community garden. You can bring up to two dogs, the first is free, the second is $10. We don't allow aggressive dogs or dogs that bark frequently. They must be on leash and not left alone at the site.
