Heidi and Kelly’s place is awesome! Tons of biking trails and a great, well-stocked lounge area to hang out in as well. Highly recommend.

Heidi and her husband opened the gate early for me both mornings so I could fly fish the local beaches. The property was clean and quiet and the lounge is a very nice luxury. Would definitely recommend this location to all visiting the area

My family had a great time at Night Owl Landing. It was nice to camp “light”. We did not need to bring camping chairs, cookware, dishes, a propane fire pit and many other things because they provided a lot of these comforts. Our kids (6 and 7) were able to ride a good amount of the mountain biking trails they have on their property. It was also very conveniently located between Port Gamble Forest Heritage Park, where we did more mountain biking, and the Point No Point lighthouse, where we had a fun beach day. Heidi and Kelly didn’t hesitate to help in any way they could and had some great tips and suggestions for our mountain biking adventures. We would definitely stay again!

Staying here was an amazing experience! 100% recommend, especially if you want to wake up and ride the resort that was hand built on the property.

We had a wonderful camping! The setup was comfortable and peaceful, and we truly enjoyed being surrounded by nature. Spotting deer nearby was such a special bonus—it made the experience even more memorable.

We stayed for 2 nights at Night Owl Lounge in our van and had such a great experience! Heidi, the host, was incredibly kind and welcoming, she made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The lounge area was a real highlight, especially for our kids. It was such a fun and unique space where they could relax and play, and it really added to the whole vibe of the stay. The whole place had a cozy, creative feel, and we loved being able to enjoy the outdoors while still having access to cool amenities. Highly recommend if you’re traveling with kids or just looking for a laid-back, friendly spot to stay!

Heidi and Kelly have created a truly amazing spot. The meadow is great - there was tons of space for our group of ~20 to pitch tents, cook food, hang out, and play games.
The indoor lounge space was a wonderful refuge for one rainy morning - it is a beautiful common space that has all the amenities you might need (we were definitely not 'roughing it').
If you are bringing bikes (to ride at Port Gamble), make sure to give the private trails a spin. They are very fun (especially with kids) - a lot of love has gone into them. Kelly also runs a bike shop on the property if you need anything bike related.

We stayed with Heidi for several nights while taking a fantastic bioluminescence kayak tour on the Sound. They have a beautiful property with lots of mountain biking trails, a bike repair shop and a wonderful lodge to relax. Several choices for accommodations and all are quiet and peaceful. Give yourself some extra time on the ferry ride over and be prepared for a and restful holiday.

Loved tent camping here for a night! Super friendly and gave clear directions. If I ever plan on going back to Bainbridge, I’ll definitely strongly consider coming back :)

Night Owl Landing is truly a magical place with thoughtful and intriguing decor. Hosts Kelly and Heidi are incredibly friendly and have anticipated everything you might need. The Silver Lounge is a beautifully cool spot to relax and unwind - and to meet new friends. It’s a fantastic getaway close to the city, and I would definitely visit again.

The tent camping on Clover Meadows was great. Th lounge area was comfy, clean, and well appointed. Nice to camp and yet have a bathroom and kitchen amenities as well as a place to hang out inside if needed. Heidi was welcoming and helpful. Stayed at Night Owl Landing as part of a short trip to see the bioluminescence while kayaking in Port Gamble bay. Highly recommend both if you are in the area!! Wish we had more time to enjoy the trails—on foot and bike.

Heidi met us when we arrived, and was so friendly and helpful. Our time at Clover Meadow was really limited due to obligations on nearby Bainbridge Island, so we weren’t able to take advantage of this spot — we’d love to come back another time, to bike on the trails and enjoy the clubhouse. Highly recommend!

The pictures don't do this camp justice...it's glamping (A/C! Coffee!), and there are *real* MTB trails. It will be a required stop on our trips to Port Gamble from now on.

We really enjoyed staying here! Both Heidi and Kelly are very warm and inviting. The field was comfortable for camping,. Having a kitchenette nearby made meals and clean up easy, and we appreciated the AC on hot days. Its s great location for exploring Kingston, Port Gamble and beyond!

This camp has plenty of space to camp in a lovely clover field.
Heidi and Kelly make you feel very welcome and comfortable.
Our group especially appreciated the spacious lounge with floor to ceiling views of the garden, lots of games, coffee, and food prep area.
Bikers will love the onsite bike shop, bike expertise of the hosts, and MTB trails on the property 😁

Great stay for us. My group are cyclists, and without really not knowing any details about the owners, were pleasantly surprised at their passion for cycling which was shown throughout the camp, in the lounge details and the bike shop that Kelly operates. He also does quite a bit of trail work on the 100+ acre property for bikes and hikers. Both Kelly and Heidi are super nice and accommodating, answer any questions and knowledgeable, and leave you to it, if that is your preference. The Lounge (where we spent much of our leisure time) is pretty incredible with a large TV, Musical instruments, nice kitchen area (No Stove or range likely due to liability), comfortable couches and chairs. Overall, very nice and well decorated. Sleeping was quiet. (We stayed in our sprinter van in the RV site, and our friend in her tent over in the grassy area). A bit out of the way from town (Kingston about 10 minutes away), but central to Kitsap County for sightseeing and other things. Nothing bad to say in this review. I believe they are also planning some upgrades in the future, so it will get even better. We are likely to book again when we get back up this way.

Tent camping on the clover meadow was great! Peaceful, comfortable, & quiet. My boys had fun playing with all of the outside toys, my husband was in his element utilizing the grill, I loved the option to paint rocks & the indoor space was perfect for getting ourselves ready for bed/in the morning. The other campers there were also pleasant. The trails were beautiful & the perfect place for a morning walk. Heidi was very friendly & welcoming. 10/10 experience, wish our stay was longer!

We love camping at Heidi and Kelly’s place! This is our second time here. The clover field is such a great place for tents, and the lounge is a perfect place to hang out. We loved walking the trails, playing yard games, and just relaxing. Even with other campers around, it’s still very private and quiet. Heidi and Kelly are so responsive and friendly and their hospitality is amazing! The lounge has a bathroom (toilet/sink) and a kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, sink and lots of plates, glasses, utensils, etc. Downtown Kingston is a quick 15 minute drive.

Beautiful and relaxing place. The clover lawn was flat and soft, easy to spread out. Wagons made unloading car a breeze. Lots of little places to hang out, including two propane fire pits. Lounge is large with a nice powder room style bath, stage and assorted musical instruments, games, activities, phone charging station. Coffee pot/ tea station. Plenty big for a plan B if there’s rain or someone is easily overwhelmed by nature.
Great trails around the place, two wetlands style lake. Large diversity of birds!!
Kitchenette is very well equipped for plating food. If planning to use microwave bring microwave safe containers. Bring your own chef knife/ pairing knife. There’s a large propane grill outside.
Heidi was super nice, communicative and gave me recommendations for food, and mountain biking. She and her husband are active trail builders and organize biking events. They are building a magical spot out there!

We brought our bikes with plans to venture over to Port Gamble and were delighted to find out that Heidi and Kelly built their own private trail system which is easy to navigate and fun for biking, running, or hiking. There is also an on-site bike shop in case you need a quick tune or repair, water bottle, etc.
We camped in the field and it was ver comfortable despite wet weather. The lounge is a perfect place to warm up, play games, and relax. It also boasts lots of supplies and drinks for purchase. It’s the perfect distance between Kingston and Port Gamble (both are ~10-15 in each direction). We had an EV and while there’s no charger on site, we knew we could go to the casino nearby if we needed to charge up.
This was our first Hipcamp experience and sets the bar incredibly high! Thanks for the lovely stay.
