The overall experience was good. The owner showed us where to set up camp and where to fill up water. We arrived on a Thursday and the porta potty must have just been empty because it was very clean with 3 new rolls of TP. The campsite is right off Highway 97, so there is noise from the highway at all hours. That was probably the biggest downside. Apart from that it was a good spot to put up some tents
