I absolutely would recommend staying at the Boondocks! Barbara was so sweet and kind. Upon arriving I was informed I had reserved a site with no hookups. Barbara offered me to move to spot w hookups but there was a non running vehicle in the rv spot. So in order for me to move to that spot Barbara had to tow vehicle out and few other things so that my rv wb in a spot w hookups. Her and her family went out of their way for me and I could not have thanked her enough. On top of thst she also let me borrow her water hose w filter i ended up using for my entire stay...cpl weeks. Barbara and her family are the best. I will definitely refer people and I would absolutely stay again. Property is gorgeous and peaceful!! Thank you for everything!

Overall it was a pleasant stay. The host's daughter showed us around and was very nice. We stayed in the boondock sights and it was rather small (the entire area is small), 2 of 3 "sites" had fire rings. It's a tight fit down the driveway to the spot as RVs block most of the parking area. The cows and horses were great neighbors but the overly friendly cat crawled all over our truck tent and left holes on my rainfly and netting. Not a bad spot but don't use a tent!!

the site was good for a short term stay. It’s graveled, level, water and 50 amp. No dump site. Good views of the ranch and mountains in the distance. Wouldn’t be able to set up the awning and tether it with stakes because of the gravel surface. We were parked next to the garage and provided privacy.

We only needed a night to recoup and relax. It was very easy to navigate to and the views were spectacular!!! We were expecting a 50 amp plug in and that's it. We were surprise to have water also and it was great. We were up early and as I was packing up, I heard the rooster cocka doodling and it was awesome. I would recommend an overnight stay to all my friends. Thanks for the hospitality.

3 out 5stars I'd give 5 star rating if the spot had full hookups.
The place is very calm & peaceful! However there's no sewer hookup that's an unfortunate.

Had to drive around a Forest Fire as Interstate was closed... after tow issues .. so we never were able to make it...
Cost me 2 nights that were not refunded... Could have handled it with a bit of understanding...

We had an amazing view of the region from the 50 amp spot next to the garage. The site was level and plenty wide enough for our 4’ slide to extend and still give us ample room on the entrance side of our 30’ 5th wheel. Depending on where your water connection is and where you park, you should be able to reach with 50’ of hose.
Evenings were super quiet and peaceful. We loved listening to the roosters greet the day and the farm fresh eggs were quite tasty.
We’ll definitely stay again when back in the area to visit family.

We loved the location, we loved the ease, we loved the privacy! The property was very active during the week we were there, but we were not bothered at all. We were a 45’ 5th wheel, no problem. We parked our dually next to it when not exploring.

I really loved staying with Barbara for a week as I was settling into Spokane. Travel contract nurse RVing alone and felt completely safe. The air is so clean, the flowers, birds and animals are just as you would expect, country life to be. Get some fresh eggs when you stay, best complete ever. I sat by the fire and talked with owner Barbara. She's a great host!! I only left because it didn't have drainage black tank hook up at the site. Power and water only at 50amp site. Thanks for having me!!

This could be a good place for others, it just wasn't for us, especially as new RVers. For one, it was advertised as full hookups but the sewer required us to bring our own caddy (which I acknowledge was said in the description but as a new RVer, didn't quite understand). For another, they advertise wifi but the wifi was so bad that there would be hours that we couldn't get any service. This might not have been bad except Verizon has absolutely no service there so it made making plans with family really difficult. And lastly, there was a ton of mosquitos which meant we didn't want to do anything outside.
So, if you just want a place to park your RV, this works.

Very beautiful view! The 30amp spot had good privacy and was perfect for our 33' RV. Barbara was a good host and the fresh eggs from the chicken coop were delicious 😋

The site was nice, level and quiet. Georgie the cat, is a sweetie and the chickens made a great alarm clock.
Warning though, my Verizon phone did not work at all so I was unable to communicate with Barbara about a vehicle parked in my designated spot when I arrived. So, if you stay and if your phone carrier is Verizon, get the wifi password before you head out there.

Nice level spot! (30amp) somewhat tricky to back into but if you take your time no problem!
Price is right and it is a perfect spot to use as homebase While exploring around close to all and any services food, and otherwise that you might need. Would stay again.

As you approach the property you first notice the natural beauty surrounding it and almost forget where you’re going. This site in particular ended up being more than I hoped for. While it’s a basic spot right behind it is a wonderful small working farm complete with chickens, a goose, horses and what will soon be your best friend a most curious cat. I will soon be back to enjoy this property once again.

Nice area to camp sound of wildlife during night time easy access to site, site is level. Directions to site a bit unclear, otherwise it is a good choice. Just make sure you don't take the cat with you when you leave.
