Kathy was an excellent host. Her directions were clear, everything was easy to find. The camp was tidy and clean. The dogs were friendly. The alpacas and horses were a fun addition.

We had a great time! Def going to use Hipcamp again! We planned a crabbing camp trip for the Independence Day weekend! No state or county parks had a site! Then Hipcamp came across my feed! This spot is minutes from kayak point county park and 20 from Comano island state park! We limited out on crabs. Def plan on this spot again! Kinda tricky getting in at 2:30 am but with Kathy’s directions was a breeze! There’s only 2 spots here so it’s very private and nice. Even though we spent most of our time on the boat. We really liked the campsite!

What a great place to stay! I loved the friendly animals that greeted me & helpful host!!
The weather was the kind of summer night we long for all year long. I stayed solo and slept outdoors under the stars. The tree canopy was beautiful and the site clean and serene.
It was helpful to have access to a toilet, sink and refrigerator for a home base. I enjoyed exploring nearby Kayak Point for a $10 day use access and Warm Beach Camp & Conference Center for the gift shop and coffee stand.
I reserved site #2 and also purchased eggs at the neighbors house on my way home.

Kathy does a great job to prepare the area for campers. It is a beautiful campsite not far from the house. Bathroom is clean and sink access is nice to have. She was willing to give us a tour of the property including the animals and the fruit trees. I very much enjoyed my time there, horses were friendly. And Lily was so nice and cute.

Easy to find and access. Spot was a wonderful and a quiet location to rest our heads for the evening. The horses and alpacas are lovely to be surrounded by. We had our small trailer which was easy to get into the spot. All and all, a wonderful location.

We loved camping here and will definitely be going back. She told us everyone's names and even let us feed carrots to her horse. Lily was also a big sweet heart even if she tried to steal a hotdog! :D

A great little tent site tucked quietly away on the backside of there property. It has a fire pit and table with seats. Parking was a bit snug and the walk to the restroom is a bit further than I imagined. But Kathy is a friendly and kind host. If I return to the stanwood area I will definitely be staying here again.

I loved camping here! Kathy has managed such a beautiful little farm here with horses, alpacas and dogs. She was so kind to show me around and the campsite itself was lovely and just what I needed for a short get away in the woods.

Our stay was great! Quiet except for the soft sounds of horses munching grass and twittering birds. Loads of firewood and Kathy even brought down buckets of water to put it out later. The farm dog Lilly visited a few times and hung out at the campfire. Lovely quiet stay away from the city.

My girls and I had a wonderful stay. The pile of gathered fallen wood was wonderful, we enjoyed a campfire even though we got there after dark.

Little Creek Ranch was a lovely camping spot for our young family. We came during the Apple harvest and enjoyed picking and tasting a variety of heirloom apples. The camp sites (2 available) are right beside each other on the back corner of the farm. The tree cover provides shade and some rain Relief as well as excellent hammock hanging spread.
We met the farm animals: alpacas, a horse and miniature horse, livestock guardian dog, and the chickens.
You can buy farm fresh eggs and have a delicious breakfast over the camp fire.
It was nice to have access to the indoor toilet and workroom sink with potable water.
Kathy was a great host and excellent communicator.
My kids asked to come again in the future, and we hope to do so!

We enjoyed our stay at Kathy's ranch. We were able to explore the area & want to come back to learn more about the area. It was great being able to leave camp & not worry about our belongings disappearing.

We had a very relaxing weekend at Kathy's property. The site was private and just what we were hoping for. Fun interactions with the neighbors horses.

Kathy was so sweet and greeted us as we drove in so she could introduce her two dogs! One of which helped us set up camp and as a thank you, my daughter sat by said tent and shared goldfish with her. The area is perfect and quiet, the only thing we could hear was a horse munching on grass. We had to cut our trip short but we will be back to this lovely little farm.

My wife and I arrived late evening and left early morning. Couldn't have asked for more. The host gave ample directions and signage was great. It would've been great to see the animals on the property, but we were on a tight schedule. Site is also quite private with lots of space. I would highly recommend.

The campsite was adequate for getting out of the city for the weekend. Kathy was a great host and we got to learn a little about her farm animals. The alpacas are so cute. If you want a campsite to just have a space to camp and you will be going somewhere else for the day then it is a great spot.
