Welcome to Lil Bit O' Heaven Camping! Here you will find beautiful and unique places to camp right on the Cascade River, approximately 3 minutes outside of Marblemount, WA. We are right next to the Marblemount Boat Launch and within an easy walk into town if you want to visit the local restaurants or need camping gear. Our property has five tent campsites on the river as well as a 26' glamping dome (previously used for artic research) completely painted with a galaxy of the night sky. A converted antique hay trailer turned tiny house with an 8' ceiling loft with 3-way views of the forest and river, deck, and private "magic spot" on the Cascade River. The Lil Bit O Heaven Campground is the perfect base camp for your summer adventure! Firewood is available onsite most of the summer. Fresh, clean drinking water, permanent bathrooms and a private shower are available for all campers. An outdoor (completely private) shower is available for those who book the tiny house. Please note that you must follow any local fire bans. Please check the fire conditions PRIOR to making a campfire. Please note that there are areas where you can get directly to the side of the Cascade River, and the river is swift and dangerous! It is not safe for swimming and no safe for unattended children and/or pets. You are free to purchase additional firewood through cashapp $Vende41 or venmo @zkotlerman

You are booking campsite #4. This is our most private campsite and has the longest walk (approximately 200 feet) from the parking area to where your tent site is. This is an approximately 8x8 flat tent pad. Your campsite is very near the river for relaxing sounds of moving water, and many different types of river birds are to be expected. It is common to see eagles, herons, hawks, owls, and many songbirds along the river. This is a fantastic place to star gaze as no light pollution exists. You are about a 10-minute walk or a 3-minute drive out of Marblemount. Walking into town in the morning for a coffee is very easy. We highly recommend Karina's Deja Brew for coffee and breakfast! You can also find groceries, camping supplies, and just about anything at Chom's Grocery (the blue building next to the Chevron gas station). You will have approximately a 200-foot walk from where you park your car down to your test site on the river's side. You can access the group campfire ring, clean water, toilet flushing, shower and picnic tables. Campfirewood is provided on-site most of the summer.

You are booking campsite #5, next to #1 and #2. This is one of our largest campsites, with an approximately 12x12 tent pad. Your campsite is very near the river for relaxing sounds of moving water, and many different types of river birds are to be expected. It is common to see eagles, herons, hawks, owls, and many songbirds along the river. This is a fantastic place to star gaze as there is no light pollution. This group test site has two large tent spaces (approximately 12 x 12 packed gravel and sand pads - level) and can accommodate two groups of 4 for 8 people total in this reservation. Your test site is about 40 feet from the edge of the Cascade River, and you have unobstructed star-viewing and the sounds of the river and river wildlife throughout the night. This listing includes tent sites #1 and #2 right next to each other. It is about a 100-foot walk from where you park your car to where you can pitch your tent. A large group campfire with log seats is available for use. Some of the amenities include permanent flushing toilets, picnic tables, fresh drinking water, shower and firewood on site (most of the summer). Three more tent sites can be booked on this property if you want to camp with a larger group. Your campsite is very near the river for relaxing sounds of moving water, and many different types of river birds are to be expected. This is the only RV site on the Lil Bit Of Heaven Campground, giving you privacy and peace from your typical RV campground. It includes full hookups: water (clean well), sewer, and electric hookups. Note: this RV site is located right past the gate and does not require any complicated or tricky driving to get parked. It is a packed gravel pad.

Enjoy the sounds of nature and rushing water as you camp on one of the last remaining scenic and wild rivers! This 26' arctic dome was rescued and rehomed after an expedition to the South Pole and placed on the Cascade River for your personal glancing experience! Inside the dome has been painted with a galaxy of stars and nebulas. Other amenities include a large group firepit, private Adirondack chairs, a picnic table, and unrivaled peace and stargazing. European-style waterproof camping linens are available. You will have a bed cover on the main king bed and a waterproof blanket. If additional linens are required, please don't hesitate to request them. The extra single camping beds do not have linens at this time Please note: We have provided 2 electric heaters, which are very warm and you will not be cold with or without blankets. We are pleased to inform you that we now have bathrooms and hot showers, ensuring your basic needs are met during your stay.

Riverside Antique Hay Trailer

This tiny home has been built from a converted antique hay trailer. We removed the trailer's roof and doors and built an 8' lofted ceiling with a queen (natural latex mattress) bed and 3-way river and forest views. Handpainted murals of flowers, ferns, berries, and the night sky make this the adult version of a treehouse. The trailer retains its original 12" oak plank floors and has had a kitchen, bathroom, and outdoor (completely private) shower with hot and cold water. There is also a spacious deck off the front of the trailer. There are two bunk bed cots on the trailer's floor level. Overall, the trailer can fit four people. Outside of the trailer, about a 100-foot walk takes you down to the river's edge with your own private "magic spot" with unobstructed views up and down the Cascade River. We love to sit here and watch the fish jump! It is expected to see eagles flying, golden and red hawks, herons, and various songbirds. This is your private and peaceful oasis! A private firepit is provided. Please follow local fire bans and laws concerning the use of campfires. This is a fantastic place to star gaze as no light pollution exists. You are about a 10-minute walk or a 3-minute drive out of Marblemount. Walking into town in the morning for a coffee is very easy. We highly recommend Karina's Deja Brew for coffee and breakfast! You can also find groceries, camping supplies, and just about anything at Chom's Grocery (the blue building next to the Chevron gas station). Please note that no fence or barrier exists between the magic spot (where there are two Adirondack chairs) and the river's edge. This could be a dangerous place for children and/or pets. The river is very swift! Please camp responsibly and carefully if you plan to bring your children and/or pets! Please note that the trailer does have electric heat but no AC. A high-powered oscillating fan is provided for your comfort. There is no WI-FI provided. We have T-Mobile and have always had good cell service at this site.

We had an awesome stay at Zach’s! Epic location. No problems plugging in my Tesla for some car camping before hiking to see the larches on Heather Maple Pass! We walked to the tavern down the road for dinner and met a cool local girl and made friends with the bartender Lori! The shower was such a nice treat after a long hike. Bathrooms were clean and the area was quiet. Trash cans available on site. Would highly recommend this spot!

Riverside 26' Galaxy Glamping Dome
This arctic dome was such a cool find while hiking in the North Cascades! It had snowed on us on a few hikes so we were glad for some warmth. Both the dome and the restrooms were clean and nice. The bed was comfortable. I did have to bring all of my blankets in because I couldn’t figure out the second heater (skill issue)! There are nice campsites down the trail overlooking the river and they’re really cute for groups! I love how close this was to town for snacks, too.

Riverside 26' Galaxy Glamping Dome
What a cool experience! The Dome was comfortable and unlike anywhere I have ever stayed before. Definitely did not get cold with the thoughtful amenities: space heaters and blankets. There is firewood available for purchase and the bathrooms are a luxury! The only thing I’d be aware of is that you may not have service upon arrival, so you may not be able to contact Zachary thru the app. There is a code to get into the dome that I didn’t have directly, but luckily we were able to figure it out. Overall, I definitely recommend staying in the galaxy dome!

It’s a nice property! Beautiful area. Showers and bathrooms were a win after a long day of fishing. Store/ restaurant were just minutes away (convenient). There was a variety of options from host, from tent camping to glamping. Host was very responsive and helpful. Thank you!

The only site I would recommend is #4 as it is more secluded. But even if you book it, I wouldn’t expect to get that spot because the tiles indicating your spot aren’t bolted down and people moved them before we arrived. Zachary was responsive but pretty much unable to do anything about the people who stayed in site 1&2 and blasted music yelled, and shined lights into our tent from 11:30pm to 4am. He asked us to go speak to our neighbors after he messaged them, as he had no staff yo enforce the “no party” rules after 11pm. They quieted down for about a half hour before resuming, and mocking us after we politely asked them to turn the music off at 1am. I ended up having to sleep in my car. No refund was issued. The actual site is perfect otherwise— such a bummer this behavior was allowed to go on with several other campers in close quarters.

Lovely site . Not necc private esp if the glamping dome occupied but it felt more like a community. River "access" (ie you could sit on a bench and gaze up in it) was either by the tent sites or there was one by the tiny house. The showers were wonderful and the toilets were flush and clean. Only issue is the parking location for the RV has no shade . On the warm days the RV cooked during the day. Thank God the nights/evenings were cool enough. The sewer connection will need a long hose and possibly some connector since it wasn't a sz that you could just leave your hose inside. We just used it to dump at the end and that worked. Highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet spot near the North Cascades NP

This is a lovely little spot. While tentsite 5 is described as large, I’d say rather that it’s set off to the side a bit from the others, offering a bit more privacy with its own fire ring and picnic table. While you still have to walk through the general camping area encompassed by sites 1-4 to get to the bathroom facilities and parking lot, it’s also possible to keep to yourself here if you’d like. The site didn’t have nearby trees to tie a tarp over the tent in the rain, but it did have an elevated gravel site for the tent with good drainage. In case it’s not immediately evident, site 5 is just down the pathway past site 4. All other signage is solid and easy to follow. The host is very responsive. The bathroom facilities are commendable. Concrete, solid wood, real doors with quality locks, ample water pressure and hot water. There are also two water spigots, one for drinking and one for washing. They’ve thoughtfully covered a lot of bases, including hand soap outside the bathroom, a little shade for privacy if needed when you exit the shower and better quality tp than I get in my fancy city office. The sound of the water flowing next to camp is a delight. The location is convenient. Not having to use a pit toilet makes every penny worth it. This place is a tier above similar others.

Overall it’s a nice site with great location. Loved talking to the other campers by the fire. The only thing is that the host is a bit rude. Was talking with the other campers and found that they thought the same. If you can put that aside, it’s a decent spot to camp.

Good marks for the location and the condition of the bathrooms and shower. If that’s what you need and you’re ok with the price for those amenities, go for it. On the downside, the place is a little overgrown, you’ll need to carry your stuff 100yards or so to the tent sites, there’s no host on site (as near as we could tell), and our designated tent site had four picnic tables piled on it. There are plenty of camping options in the area, so I would hope they up their game a bit for the price.

The camp ground does offer several different types of stay, there are bathrooms(they were nice and clean-the shower too). The tent sites were down a little hill, not a bad hill. My daughter and I each had reserved a camp site, but we both ended up in mine as it was the most secluded. The campground is pet friendly too which is great, just didn't realize how close together sites were. Over all, it Was nice

We camped for one night in a camper van in Zachary’s RV spot. Water and power hookups were easy to access. It is in close proximity to the dome home and the road (some road noise), easy access to the flush toilets (clean and appreciated) and shower. Gravel parking spot surrounded by grassy lawn. A picnic table, two chairs, and fire pit was provided and firewood available for purchase (although we didn’t have a fire with burn ban in effect). Garbage cans available on site. This spot doesn’t have a view of the river although you can hear it. You can see the river if you walk down to the tent sites but there isn’t easy river access. We had a nice walk down the road to the bridge over the river. There is a bridge construction staging area next door but it was quiet when we were there. Seemed like a well maintained place.

We had a great time at this beautiful property. It felt remote, with deer paying a visit and the sound of the river flowing beside our tents, but also had modern conveniences like the clean toilets, shower, and potable water, which we appreciated. It has very easy access to Marblemount, too.

We had a great stay. Site was nice and clean. Bathrooms and showers were very nice and clean. We stayed in the RV spot but looked at the tent area and contraire to another review on here, I didn’t think the sites looked too close. Two sites were close but thought it would be nice for a big family that needed two sites.

I spent several days camping on this land in site 4 and found it to be private with great views of the river. The group firepit is a nice area and the hot shower is great after a hike. Great location with easy access to marblemount for groceries and the marblemount boat launch for icing your feet in the river.

We loved the place, we would definitely stay there again. The restrooms were clean, the shower was way better than I expected. The sound of the water from the adjacent river gives it a cozy feeling.

From Vancouver,WA and stayed 3 nights due to long travel day to get there. This was a great home base for exploring the North Cascade National Park. The bathrooms were clean, shower convenient, and loved the water right off the property (not for swimming though). I need white noise at night and the sound of the water was tranquil and perfect. Though all the campsites shared the same firepit, this one was off to one side and seperated from the other 3. The off site host was super communicative and all the other groups and families were kind and respectul. My only comrespectful. Nothing to do with te host or location...the crows decided to wake us up early one morning, they had alot to say LOL.

Riverside 26' Galaxy Glamping Dome
This is such a cool, unique place to stay! The dome is spacious but cozy, and feels like being inside a planetarium. The property is right on the river, and the dome has a cute wood burning heater and an AC unit, so you'll definitely be comfortable. This is a great base for exploring the North Cascades, and I highly recommend it!

This place is a true hidden gem! so peaceful and serene. The bathrooms and shower were impressively clean, and the location couldn’t be better. Just a short drive to Marblemount and some incredible hikes. We would definitely stay here again!

This place is a beautiful spot right outside North Cascades National Park. The property is well-maintained and located next to a creek with rushing water that put us right to sleep. The restrooms and heated shower were a huge bonus. If I'm ever back in the area, I plan to stay here again!
