Hummingbird Bay
I stopped at Scott’s place to charge an EV overnight. The site is great - it’s flat, the hookups are very easy to access, and there’s plenty of room. The beach / town are a short walk away.
Scott’s also an awesome host. Great communication, plus he saved a dog bowl I’d left behind so I could pick it up from his porch on my return trip.

Fantastic little spot!
Talk about a hidden gem! We loved staying here. The site itself is very clean and new, with electric/water/sewer hookups, a picnic table and ample space to set up camp. Scott and his wife were so lovely and accommodating, and the neighborhood in general was very friendly. Walking or biking distance to the beach and a few little restaurants in town, and overall just a peaceful experience staying here. Would highly recommend!

Hummingbird Bay
We had a great stay here and would recommend it to others who will be in the area. Our trip was short but we wished we had more time to explore the area. Easy access to Birch Bay beach and the shops. Watch for the street signs they are mildly difficult to spot and don’t trust googles directions entirely. (Look at the map) nice level site.

camping close to the beach!
this was the most BEAUTIFUL place i have ever stayed. scott and his wife kerry took such great care of me. the hookups for water, sewer and power couldn’t be easier. very private. the lot is so close to the ocean! just a 5 minute walk. the neighbors were so kind. let me assure you that THIS is the place to stay😊

Home feel with adventures near
Hosts were very friendly and welcoming, offering fresh tomatoes out of their garden, and even offering to help with some basic RV repairs. They were respectful and responsive. The site is a great spot for a base while you go out and explore the area, with Birch Bay a quick and easy 5 min walk away. Full hookups, including power, sewer and water. Had great cell reception with Verizon.
