Welcome to Healtop Haven, where Nature and Sky (or if you ask us, Heaven and Earth) meet. Spacious camp sites with walking, hiking, biking, wildlife, ponds, trickling water, wild harvesting, nature bathing, birds galore, deer, and sometimes even elk. Well mannered pets welcome so long as they're not free roaming the whole time to chase the wildlife. Outhouses, no potable water, pack it in- pack it out trash policy. Low impact to allow Nature to flourish please. Great areas for hiking and mountain biking (electric bikes welcome) with access to Capitol Forest; 110,000 acres of logging roads with a trail system as well through the forest land. Bask in the sounds of nature with the uplifting frequencies of song birds welcoming the sunrise, the resident Hawks call resounding by day, and the frogs' healing lullaby with the vibrant sunset all nourishing your soul. Decompress and feel Whole again in God's Country!!

Lush meadowed woodland valley

This was one of the most beautiful Hipcamp properties I've visited. The land is a gorgeous woodland valley with numerous small meadows surrounded by lush, fern-covered forest. The campsites are arranged in pairs within the meadows. Each pair is close enough to feel neighborly without sacrificing privacy, and the pairs themselves are spread very generously across the property. I especially enjoyed exploring the forest, which felt healthy, pristine, and full of life. There was plenty to hike and explore, and I saw wildlife including deer and hawks during my stay. The portable toilet was a welcome amenity that many Hipcamp properties don't offer, making it easier to keep the property clean and comfortable for everyone. I also had the chance to meet Shanna and Jacob, who were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable about the land, wildlife, and local flora. One thing to note is that most campsites require AWD or 4WD access, and high clearance is recommended. Overall, this is a fantastic property for anyone looking for a peaceful camping experience in a beautiful natural setting.

5. Echo Valley
This property is beautiful and the spots are massive! We had so much fun. Some spots do require some steep uphill but I think any car can manage. We brought our VW bus and it did just fine. We will definitely be back to try out other spots in the future

This was a wonderful place for our yearly family camping trip! A lot of open space and areas to explore with the dogs. The host gave us wonderful directions! A much needed getaway. The port o potties are a little walk from site 6, which was only an issue for the ones with the newborn, so we just opened up our camper as the communal toilet. For everyone else, it wasn't bad at all. Just something to note if you aren't bringing a camper. We had such a fantastic time! And look forward to coming back next year.

This was an amazing camping experience! Shanna's land is lush valleys and tons of trees. Tons of room to ourselves. Shanna is very sweet and responsive, and we enjoyed our evening under the stars!
