Beautiful apple/ cherry orchard with BLM land on 2 sides. Lots of wildlife, ORV trails and more. Enjoy the peace and quiet and all that Yakima Valley has to offer. Closes by is the Beautiful city of Zilla Washington, where you can enjoy great meals at local restaurants and shopping. Come stay and play any day of the week.We currently have 27 acres of orchard and 102 acres of open land including motorcycle trails or V trails horseback riding and plenty of room for campsites. Most of the land is flat and clear with low covering grass. The property borders more than 1000 acres of BLM land. Great place to break away from the city life.

Lovely camping in beautiful organic

It was a wonderful stay. Check out how to get there to make sure it's going to be the best way. We chose more of an off-road way to get in because we didn't realize there were many different ways to get to the property. It was a lovely evening and drive out amongst the apple trees and orchards. We would definitely stay there again, thank you so much!

The site was very quiet and peaceful and the stars at night were beautiful. There was a port-o-potty available for use that was clean. Site was a bit far out from town. The main issue we had was finding a level spot to park our camper. There was no flat, cleared area to park and we had to park in the grass (which had a lot of spiky things) to get anything remotely level. Otherwise, the owner was very responsive when we sent him messages and we got a good nights sleep.

It was great staying at an orchard! And the organic apple Jeff offered were delicious!! Make sure you have your own bathroom facilities.

Tiny motorhome road trip!

This is an apple orchard and it is surrounded by wineries and fields of grapes! We got in late and the smell was amazing! We came in the end of Aug!

Road trippin it!

Jeff met us when we got there and we followed him up the dirt road to our spot that was Awsome! He met us on our way out as well! This place smells amazing and is surrounded by wineries and grape orchards!
