The beach property is located on the SE corner of Schmid and 105. The small house is rented, but there are 2 RV slips in our front yard. Park in any of the RV slips. The RV sites have full hook ups with 50/30/20 amp outlets. There is a fire pit and you are about a 5-minute walk to the beach. The grass yard in front of the property is available for pets or lounging around. . Please pick up after your wonderful pets. I have just a couple asks if you stay. PLEASE DO NOT WALK AROUND THE HOUSE OR BOTHER THE TENANT!! Emergencies are OK! PLEASE TAKE YOUR TRASH WITH YOU! PLEASE TURN OFF THE BREAKERS AND CLOSE THE LID! PLEASE TURN OFF WATER AND LEAVE THE HOSES! LEAVE IT BETTER THAN YOU FOUND IT! FINALLY, RELAX AND ENJOY TWIN HARBORS. I am new to Hip Camp, and look forward with trying to accommodate any needs. If you forget something, go South on 105 and in about 1 mile, is Grayland Hardware. This property has been a lot of work getting it where we want it. It still needs some TLC. IF YOU HAVE SUGGESTIONS TO MAKE OUR PROPERTY BETTER, PLEASE LET ME KNOW IN REVIEWS!! Thank you, Mike

    This place has an ideal location 👌 The owner was very nice and communicated well. We were quite comfortable and it was not that noisy even though it is located on a busy street. Directions were clear and location was easy to find. Close to beaches, restaurants, art galleries. Always a festival almost every weekend up here. So fun. Location was very clean and overall great spot.

    We really enjoyed being so close to the Grayland drive on beach access. It wasn’t busy at all. Close to Westport for shopping and restaurants. Full hookups are great! Close to the road but the traffic noise wasn’t bad because the speed limit is 35 there. We pulled our motorhome in forward so we had the front yard outside our door. We would stay again if in the area. Thanks Mike!

    This was a great site! Very conveniently close to the general store and beach. There isn’t much privacy at the site, but if you’re looking for a great deal for the convenience and location, this is it!

    We camped here for 2 nights during an impromptu 4th of July trip. Plenty of space, clean, all utilities worked well, only a few minutes walk to the beach. We would absolutely come back on a busy weekend!!!
