This parklike 150 acre property has been preserved as an animal sancturay for 25 years and is only 30 miles SE of Seattle. Deer and herds of elk are frequent visitors. This is a unique opportunity to reconnect with nature in a parklike setting that is only 3 miles from the town of Maple Valley. From your RV you can walk miles of trails without having to drive to a trailhead. If you want more adventure...the Cedar River Trail is only 2 miles from the property. Water activities such as fishing, kayaking & rafting are available at Kanaskat-Palmer State Park six miles SE of the property. You will be accommodated in a 24ft Nash trailer privately located near the house that is equipped with everything you need to be comfortable. Under the awning is a table & chairs as well as a Blackstone BBQ. A firepit is located near the RV and a short path leads to a hammock in a private wooded setting. Your hosts, Mark and Susan, traveled the United States in an RV for 4 years and have many years of hospitality experience. They are on-site to assist with your needs but are sensitive to your privacy.

A unique RV retreat

Susan was an amazing host! She went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay and her place is beautiful. It is in a perfect location and easy to access the city or National Parks. Would definitely recommend staying at Susan’s place!
