Eden on the Cape is a 1 acre lot nestled along the banks of the Skagit River roughly 3 miles west of Concrete, WA. Whether you seek adventure or a quiet basecamp, this is the place for you. Camping and fishing onsite and adventure everywhere you look. Hiking, biking, kayaking, local shopping, it's all here. We have a well graded camping area complete with power and potable water. Bring your outdoor spirit and we will provide the scenery. The area is noted for the large population of bald eagles so bring binoculars because there is almost always something to see on the river. The Skagit River along with Baker Lake and Shannon Lake (just to the north) are great places for fishing so check the WDFW guide to see what is open. Feel free to reach out with any questions. Beautiful and scenic
Beautiful place to stay. Scenery was amazing. Hard to believe we were in a neighborhood. Definitely will be back. Owner is a wonderful person.

I’m all about river/water views. This place did not disappoint. It was my first trip of the year, and I was the first person to camp here. Felt pretty special about that. There’s two sites here. There’s a nice tree/bushes that keep it private from one another, even though I had the whole place to myself. My dog loved the soft ground to play ball on. Will make a tent camper happy. You would think the dirt would track into your rv, but it doesn’t. It’s a good dirt. I believe Dan has planted grass, so be patient. Dan was also a great Host! I was lucky enough to meet him. There’s also plenty of room for yard games, but I found myself just looking out into the river. I will definitely be returning to this gem.
