This 5 acre property has a total of 3 cabins that are in the process of being completed. There are no visible neighbors and we are right next to the Squak Mountain state park. You can hike right into the Cougar Mountain corridor. The Cougar-Squak Mountain Corridor connects Cougar Mountain Regional Wildland Park and Squak Mountain State Park, creating a 5,000-acre protected area in the Issaquah Alps, offering hiking and horseback riding trails. The park actually has an easement right through my property. We are currently offering tent camping. There is water and power spread out throughout the property. You are welcome to pick and choose your site, there are no designated sites. Be aware this is wild land, there is wild life. Do not feed the wild life.There are a total of 10 sites available. Each site has a picnic table. We also have propane grills available that you are welcome to use. These grills are first come first serve. There are fire pits available around the property as well as cut firewood. You are also welcome to pick up wood around the property to be used to burn. There is an area you would park in and then you walk in your gear. The property is gated. You will need to arrive before dark so you can find a campsite. The gates will be locked by 10pm.

NO NO NO NO - BIG SCAM!!!!

A total rip-off. The place is impossible to find!! No one in the area has any info about it and no dirt road/ gate / or campground seems to exist. I looked at every parking area, every gated road/ and asked questions og about 15 people (including a state park ranger) within a 5 mile circle for over two hours before finally giving up. Ultimately, we had to forfeit the $80 tent camping fee and sleep in the car. I have been traveling the world with a backpack for over 4 decades and have never NOT been able to find a destination - either city or countryside. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!!!

this spot was fine for a night. we just weren’t expecting it to be so primitive and a little tough to get to. i would recommend it for those who don’t mind a hike in. if you prefer to have your car close by, dexter can accommodate, but you need an AWD vehicle with high clearance. it was a little tough for us with a subaru outback.

We followed the directions on Google maps three separate times, followed them to the T, and each time we were led to a different location. We didn’t simply give up, on no. We tried for one hour to find the correct location; it was dark out and because of poor communication and location instructions, we never found the campsite. Clearer instructions would have been helpful—wouldn’t have had to waste my money on this.
