Adventure Awaits on Corkscrew Bay at Lake Roosevelt, Washington. Camp 300 feet from the end of a bay to access the 180 mile long lake. 3 campsites nestled in the tall pines are secluded and quiet. Located 9 miles off of the nearest highway, the last 4 miles of county maintained gravel road, makes this far off of the beaten path. 3 bell disc golf course on site! Community picnic table with a view of the bay. Wildlife frequently visits and grazes on and nearby the property. Campsite have water and power hook-ups. No bathroom! Septic dump may be available with prior permission for an extra fee. No internet service available. Some cellular service may provide a little signal, but do not count on it. Between two boat launches, a 20 mile drive North or South, both 9 river miles away by boat. Fort Spokane or Two Rivers to the South with a marina, dock fuel, convenience store, Chuck Wagon and Fort Spokane Restaurant's. To the North is Hunters boat launch, Grocery, Cafe, and Bar and Grill. The Bar and Grill has live music most summer weekends. Fruitland, a few miles closer, offers the Fruitland Winery, also with live music some weekends, and the smallest Market with the most supplies from fuel and food to marine and auto parts.

Site 1 is tucked in the pines, surrounded with native grasses. The back in site is 45 feet deep by 15 feet wide. 50/20 amp power and water hook up to enjoy your camping amenities. All sites are about 100 feet away from each other, providing privacy or social opportunity. Extra vehicle parking is available nearby, but the site is ideal for smaller units. The end of the bay leading to the Lake is a short walk away.

Site 2 lays between the pines nearer the community picnic area. The level site offers our longest site, closest to bay access. The site is 60 feet long by 12 feet wide. It also offers additional space for tents or picnic tables. Power and water hook-ups are at the site as well.

Corkscrew Bay Site 3

Such nice people and amazing hosts. My mom’s car needed a jump and they helped. The place was absolutely gorgeous and the common area was what our group needed. We booked all three sites and would definitely do it again! The canoe and kayaks they let us borrow were so needed and appreciated. Great small mouth bass fishing! Didn’t catch walleye but saw people on boats catching them.

Corkscrew Bay Site 1

This place is in the middle of no where, but it is in a great area. The host was very accommodating. Short hike down to the river where they have kayaks available. Would not recommend towing a boat down to the site. It is a very rough and dusty road.

Corkscrew Bay Site 3

Joanna was so helpful. We arrived after dark and she helped us (newbies) back up and park our trailer. She was also very kind and let us borrow some Kayaks to use on the lake. Camp site 3 was big enough for us to set up a table and camp chairs. It was nice to have power and water for our trailer. The stars were beautiful at night and it was nice to be at a place that wasn't crowded. Having access to lake Roosevelt was the best part even if it was a quite muddy. There was a nice sandy beach just a short paddle away, and we spent an entire afternoon there. We would definitely stay there again.
