Great spot as a jumping off point to visit Mount Rainier sites. Restaurant that has good food. Cabins have Wi-Fi that works well enough. Lots of nice areas to sit around and enjoy nature too.

We stayed at the forest retreat and its awesome! We walked down for breakfast at the restaurant and it was super yummy food! The hot tub was a nice bonus and the beds are actually comfortable

We stayed at Deep Forest Cabins. Copper Creek Restaurant was the closest place to grab a bite. Being the closest place, it was jammed pack. We ordered our burgers to go. When we got back to our cabin, we discovered our burgers were undercooked. From then on, we went on to Elbe.

I like this place not only for the location, but for the decor and helpful staff. We stayed over Christmas and drove up a private road to our cabin. The colored lights on the deck railing and a small Christmas tree plus a fire in the gas fireplace welcomed us. Fabulous!

Quaint and peaceful. Nestled in the woods with patio dining. Service is good. Food is pretty good but the forest vibes make it great! The chx fett on dinner menu is bland...I'll drop by again if in Rainier again.

Rooms are pretty rustic. No blackout curtains. Flushing toilet makes shower cold. Water pressure is uneven. Restaurant is pretty decent. Good, not great. The blackberry pie filling is pretty stellar.

Cabins were great and the staff were really friendly and nice. Other guests were really neighborly and went out of their way to make us feel at home. The only thing I would ask for is a better WiFi signal, because communication at times was tough. Other than that, definitely a 10/10 from me.

I stayed in the Dream Catcher cabin and it was wonderful! The location can't be beat! The beauty, Serenity, dense forest -quiet. The private gazebo with hot tub in this tranquil setting is paradise!! The only thing that I would change is the uncomfortable loveseat in the living area to a comfy full size or larger sofa. I highly recommend the Dreamcatcher cabin!!

We stayed in the Log Cabin. Such a nice cozy cabin with your own private hot tub and deck, right next to the restaurant. The staff was so hospitable to us. Truly a great place to go. Would recommend this place to everyone. The food and service at the restaurant is amazing, and I've been in the service industry for 10 years.

I was introduced to Copper Creek by my parents, when I was a child, and I still get excited just hearing the name. It always meant I was getting blackberry pie on the way to My. Rainier!
As an adult, I still enjoy the pie, but I have also sampled their pastas, fish and spent a few days in the Log Cabin (20 ft away from the restaurant).
The pesto pastas are excellent, the beef stew has a great sauce, but could use more meat.
The staff has been helpful and willing to help with any questions we've had.
We stayed in the Log Cabin for the weekend and it was perfect. It's small but just right for a couple, with everything you could need

We stayed in the Art Studio Cabin. The place was great...hot tub, creek, and a grill which worked out great as dining out is too difficult during these pandemic times. Everything was clean and well stocked...beautiful spot and quiet. Note our internet was very slow, but that is not why we were here lol!

Great food, fast, pleasant service and average priced. Their Blackberry (actually, marionberry) pie OR shake is AMAZING! My husband thinks their burgers are "done right", homemade buns, bread, etc.
We also stayed at their Sky cabin and loved how quaint it is, it had running water, warm and with poor cell reception = more quality time with your loved one!

The ambiance was warm and inviting mountain cabin. It was quite busy so we sat at the bar seating. The food wasn't outrageously delicious but I was quite satisfied. The little homemade bread loaves were delicious and the blackberry pie was divine.

The rooms are very nice. They're somewhat old, but not dusty. The best way I can describe it is that it's not uncomfortably old like some other places I've stayed. There beds are comfy, and most importantly the surroundings are beautiful! It's a beautiful part of the forest and Copper Creek is right next to the building where you can go in the morning and just sit and relax by the creek.
Furthermore, the food I'm the restaurant is great! I had the French Dip (or the "Copper Creek Dip as they call it) and it was very tasty. Then we all had dessert: I had the blackberry milkshake, which was very good, but the blackberry pie was phenomenal.
The biggest complaint is that the wifi is a bit slow and the cell connection is spotty, but that's what you get for a nice place in the middle of nowhere. Overall, a great place to visit!

We celebrated our 32nd anniversary there in a cabin. It was amazing! The cabin had a huge covered front porch where we shared our morning coffee. The house was furnished as if we lived there! Very homey, comfortable bed, and great restaurant next door if you decide not to cook in the well appointed kitchen.

When my best friend and I decided that we needed to get away from the city, I spent a whole night combing through listings to try to find the best place to stay. We needed somewhere remote, in a natural setting away from the city, and as pandemic-safe as possible. She had a dream about the mountains - so I took that as direction and picked out the Sky Cabin at Copper Creek.
It was perfect. Well-constructed and insulated, with many functional, screened windows. Space is used very efficiently so that the tiny structure feels spacious and luxurious. Shady and breezy under the tall trees, so even at the tail end of a heat wave we were comfortably cool without air conditioning and could enjoy the mountain air (although if you, like me, have tasty blood, I'd recommend bringing insect repellent. There were only moderate numbers of mosquitoes, and she didn't have any problems, but the little buggers like me a lot.) The large bed was very comfortable, with a loft above it for extra room.
The forest was beautiful, and the creek and the stars. We got the alone time we needed to get out of daily life stress and revitalize our minds and bodies, and came back feeling refreshed and happy.
With these smallest cabins the bathrooms are in a short shared hallway that opens onto the outside, but each bathroom is private to its rental so the risk is very low. The keypads allowed us to check ourselves in and out and the cabin itself was very easy to air out and sanitize (it was also cleaned before we got there but we're playing it very safe to protect our households.) The fridge and microwave made it easy to deal with our other medical needs as well.
All in all, this was an amazing level of comfort for being in the middle of the woods, and an amazing level of "being in the middle of the woods" to be this comfortable. I will return again and am recommending this place to my friends and family.

Such a beautiful resort! We stayed here for a friend's wedding and oh my goodness what an experience. It was really quite lovely. I wish we had gotten a chance to go in the hot tub but we have a baby so we couldn't bring her with us into it. I don't know that I'll ever be in that area again but if I am this would definitely be a place to stay. We had the art cabin and it was so quaint and cozy, definitely recommend.
