Welcome to Cashmere Farmhouse, our just-over-one-acre property in Cashmere, Washington, conveniently located between Leavenworth and Wenatchee. The property features our original 1901 farmhouse, shop, and a flowing duck pond stocked with rainbow trout. Our single guest RV site sits near the pond and provides a comfortable home base for exploring Leavenworth, Cashmere, and the Wenatchee Valley. We’re approximately 15 minutes from Leavenworth, 20 minutes from Wenatchee, and just up the road from the Chelan County Fairgrounds / Expo Center. This is our home and residential property rather than a traditional campground, and there is only one guest RV site. A well-traveled local road runs nearby, so some road noise should be expected. The sound of the flowing pond helps soften some of the surrounding noise. We also have a friendly Great Dane who lives on the property and may be outside during your stay. He is contained by an underground invisible fence that keeps him out of the designated RV site, although he may come close to the site’s boundary. Our site includes 50-amp electric, water and sewer hookups, Wi-Fi, a picnic table, and room for RVs up to approximately 46 feet. Whether you’re visiting Leavenworth, attending an event at the fairgrounds, exploring the area, traveling through, or staying for work, it’s a convenient place to park, hook up and settle in. The RV Site This is one RV site on our just-over-one-acre residential farmhouse property, rather than a traditional RV park or campground. The site is located on the northwest corner of the property near our duck pond and original 1901 farmhouse. You’ll have your own designated RV area with full hookups and plenty of room for a large rig. The pond has flowing water, resident ducks and stocked rainbow trout and provides a nice place to relax after a day exploring the area. Full Hookups & Big-Rig Access The site includes: • 50-amp electrical service • Water hookup • Sewer hookup • Wi-Fi • Picnic table • Level RV parking area • Space for RVs up to approximately 46 feet • Additional room for trailer and vehicle parking • Pet-friendly accommodations There is also a standard 15-amp outlet. Please note: We do not have a dedicated 30-amp receptacle. RVs requiring 30-amp service should bring a 50-to-30-amp adapter. The site works especially well for motorhomes pulling in forward because of the hookup locations. Travel trailers are absolutely welcome and we’ve successfully hosted many of them. Depending on your trailer and how you position it, however, you may need longer electrical, water or sewer connections. If you’re traveling with an additional trailer, boat trailer, or extra vehicle, there is additional parking space available on the property. Location We’re conveniently located in Cashmere, approximately: • 0.4 mile from the Chelan County Fairgrounds / Expo Center • 15 minutes from Leavenworth • 20 minutes from Wenatchee We’re a convenient home base for Leavenworth trips, fairgrounds events, hiking and biking, exploring the Wenatchee Valley, visiting family, temporary work assignments, or simply stopping for a comfortable night or two while traveling through the area. What to Expect We want guests to know exactly what they’re booking. The RV site is located on the same property as our home and shop. It is approximately 80 feet from the shop and 100 feet from our home, so this is not a remote or completely secluded campsite. A well-traveled local road also runs nearby, and some road noise should be expected. The flowing water from the pond helps soften some of the surrounding sound. What you won’t have is a large RV park with another campsite immediately on either side of you. There is only one guest RV site on the property. Pets and our Great Dane Pets are welcome, but visiting pets must remain leashed and under control while on the property. We also have a friendly Great Dane who lives here and may be outside during your stay. He has an underground invisible-fence boundary that keeps him out of the designated RV site, although he can come fairly close to the site’s boundary. Because our dog may be nearby, please keep your pets leashed at all times and don’t allow them to approach him unattended. If you or anyone traveling with you is uncomfortable around very large dogs, please keep this in mind before booking. A Comfortable Base for the Wenatchee Valley If you’re looking for a straightforward, spacious RV site with full hookups, 50-amp service, Wi-Fi and easy access to Leavenworth and Cashmere, we’d be happy to host you. Pull in, get hooked up, relax by the pond, and enjoy your stay in the Wenatchee Valley.

This space was so great! The spot for the RV had plenty of room. The entrance / getting in and out was easy. There is a picnic table and room to sit or hang out. We loved watching the duck pond. Chuck was a great host - very responsive and clear information was provided.

Clearly, Chuck has done an excellent job putting this site together. The RV site is level and plenty large enough for large Class A motorhomes. Electrical (50 amp) and water hookups are convenient and well positioned if driving a rig straight in. There is adequate room to maneuver if backing a trailer into the site. A longer electrical cord and hose will be needed if backing in. The actual duck pond is a great feature which helps mask the sounds from the rural road, which are minimal to begin with.

We were very happy with our stay. Chuck was very hospitable. We enjoyed hearing the water running in the duck pond. It is a very secluded private place. We would recommend it.
