5 cemented parking slabs with water and electric, and that's about it. I'm about honest reviews and here it is. Met with friendly host upon arriving, showed me the property and gave me a list of guidelines for the stay including codes for wifi and bathroom. Lots of room for parking our smalltrailer. I brought along a dog and although I do appreciate no dirt, weeds, and things for her to eat, I would not recommend it unless you're just looking for a place only to park your trailer. Based on the pictures and description, it sounded nice. I even checked out their website which sounded great. However, the two property pictures are very misleading. I was not thrilled discovering the grass in the picture is the neighbor's backyard, which of course you have no access to. There is one very small patch of grass. I was not thrilled with the view from my trailer, looking at other neighbors backyards and all their junk. The host was very polite and accommodating and didnt bother us which i like. My bad, but, there is more to the property than those two pictures that they have on the original ad for the hipcamp. I took additional pictures of the "beautiful grounds" so others can see where they will be staying. It is a lakefront property, there were no bugs, all the birds have taken care of those:-) food truck I did not visit. Many adults/kids coming and going swimming, launching boats, visiting food truck. I was thrilled this hipcamp had an opening on Labor Day weekend. Happy RVing!
