Boondock 1 offers a safe, secure, and secluded RV lot set within a private 35-acres. The site is at the end of the gravel road at the edge of the property. Turn right at the cul-de-sac. There is a turnaround at the end of the road and can accommodate large RVs. Boondock 1 is about 25 minutes to the Joint Base Lewis McChord (JBLM) East gate. 50 minutes to Tacoma, WA 45 minutes to Olympia, WA 68 minutes to Sea-Tac airport 25 minutes to Northwest Trek wildlife park 38 minutes to Wolf Haven International 68 minutes to Mount Rainer National Park Roy, McKenna, and Yelm, WA are minutes away and offer most services. Currently you can expect a secluded, safe, and secure private lot with no services. I've only started developing this property and improvements are ongoing.Private secluded lot in the clearing at the end of the property. There are no services; leave no trace.
