Black Swan RV & Camping is a rustic location tucked into the hills of Swansonville Road. Minutes away from Port Ludlow and Chimacum this basecamp provides a great starting point for exploring the Olympic Penninsula. The rustic dry camping spaces provide tranquil meadow and seasonal pond views. Wildlife can be seen throughout the property and at night owls can be heard hooting in the pines. It's a simple space with a lot of charm and great location!

Loved our stay! Beautiful and peaceful. Needed a spot to rest and stay for a night on our way to our destination and this was perfect for us. Hosts were very sweet and welcoming. The deer must be common because we saw a few (as shown in their photos) and heard all kinds of birds in the morning. Cool old farm land and the campsites are right up against the pond. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a charming and rustic place to stay away from the hustle and bustle and city lights.

This is actually my 2nd review. After 2 nights I chose to extend my stay ...so there's that! The hosts are very kind & extremely knowledgeable about the area. It is a great "home base" for sightseers & adventurers! Spotless porta-potty, conveniet location & if you're lucky, you can see some blue heron. There are also deer, owls & frogs to chill out with.

As someone who prefers to camp away from towns or crowded parks this site was perfect! While it is next to a construction vehicle parking area, it never feels intrusive on the camp side next to the ponds. There are deer, racoons & a large variety of birds. The portapotty is spotless, the hosts are kind and welcoming without being intrusive. There are lots of nice areas all around, including waterfalls, the little town of Port Ludlow, beautiful back roads & stunning views of the bay There is not yet potable water but I know they are almost there. Weather you're looking for a place to stay for a few days or just need a safe place for the night they have you covered!

The site was exactly what we wanted for an overnight stay. The grounds were clean, well-maintained and wooded. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. The location gave us easy access to all the places in eastern Jefferson County we wanted to visit. My dog, Jack, also felt very comfortable in the site.
