Tents can be pitched under four apple trees close to a fire pit for cooking. Beautiful area with horses and livestock to see in the neighborhood. A Blueberry Farm is across the street on Veazie picking around August. A Christmas Trees farm is across the street on SE 384th. Eagles, hawks, robins, doves, owls, and hummingbirds visiting hillside flower garden, are a few of the birds for your enjoyment. Check in is at 4:00 check out at 11:00 am, early check in is possible. Five quests are free with up to 2 more for a $10 dollar per person. Pets allowed on leash as there are wild animals on site. Modern Bathroom with cotton towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner, two sinks, shower with a claw foot bath tub, seven foot long, bathroom might be shared with other guests. A separate room with fridge and microwave, ALL Cleaned after each person just because we are really careful hosts.  Campsite faces a Christmas Tree Farm and cows in a field.  Traffic noise possible as Veazie Cumberland is a main two lane road 250 feet from camp site. Two State parks within four miles. Four miles to the town of Enumclaw.  We have a 3 or 6 person tent for rent, a queen air mattress, sleeping bags if needed as well all at reasonable rental prices. There are two fire pits one shared on the ground and one above ground for wood fires. Fire wood for sale at $10 a bundle. Nice big bundle and kindle. Only went for a night, we wished we stayed longer. It was a great location. Visited during apple season which made the trip so much sweeter. After a summer of travel, this was hands down the best campfire pit we've had access to. Debbie is super friendly. Highly recommend.

Debbie was very hospitable and welcoming. I was able to stay in the tent/yurt that she had set up on her property, and it was great. The only thing to be aware of is that none of the sites are private, and you will have quite a few neighbors, some short-term, others long-term. Unfortunately, of the neighbors was pretty disruptive around 1am.

It was easy to find and the hosts were friendly and helpful. The shower was great! We enjoyed our time there. There is a little road noise, so you may want earplugs if that bothers you. It is close quarters if there are other campers, but everyone was nice. We were unable to use the fire pit due to the fire ban, but it had nice benches by it and looked inviting.

This was my first place I’ve booked through Hipcamp, and it did not disappoint. Debbie is excellent at communication, and goes above, and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay. When we arrived it was later than expected due to traffic, Debbie’s bell tent was available, and she gave us the opportunity to upgrade to that, and I’m so thankful we did, the first night dipped below 50, and there’s a heater so my toddler slept comfortably. She added some pads as our guest count exceeded the listed capacity. There are other people renting the property, and sharing space with you, but the people there are quiet, and clean, and very respectful of space. The bathroom is very nice, and I may need to purchase my own towel warmer after our stay. The bathroom is well stocked, and had everything we needed, and then some. We were able to also utilize a portion of the fridge for some of the items we didn’t want to keep in our cooler. But the most important thing for me is the access to Mount Rainier!! It was a 58 min drive early in the am to reach Tipsoo lake for sunrise, and just 38 mins from there to get to sunrise. Paradise is 1:45 along the same route. We will absolutely stay with Debbie next Rainier trip we plan. I plan to go in the fall with just my boys, and will feel safe on her property without my husband.

I wish we could have stayed longer - Debbie was beyond welcoming and made us feel right at home - so friendly and warm and we loved sleeping under the apple trees and eating fresh blueberries on our way out. She was so accommodating and the amenities couldn’t be beat (fresh towels!) thank you Debbie!!

We were greeted in the driveway, shown where to park and where to set up our tent. Bathroom inside the house and towels are available to guests. Very friendly owners make you feel right at home!
