A fire pit and grilling area are surrounded by natural stone seating. Kayaks can be used for a fee. Persimmon and pawpaw growing in the area. Shallow and deep areas in the river. Accessible entrances to the river on both sides. Cars can be parked directly on site. In case you are interested in nature walks, in front of our property, you will find the Potomac Heritage National Scenic trail. Sabrina’s property was a perfect for urban camping! Right along a nice creek with clean flowing water and also a scenic trail nearby. The place had everything you need and very close to stores if need to run out. Would definitely stay again!

Definitely a lovely spot by the river, privacy, easy to get to, and there was a cart to help transport things from car to site. I didn't pay so much attention before booking that this spot is really in the midst of the suburbs- we could see lights from houses across the river at night, could hear dogs from across the river, and cars on the nearby highway- couldn't see anyone and I don't think they could see us though, so still rates high in privacy! Also planes flying overhead to the airport. I just think you should know all that before booking. Was so nice to be able to camp right next to the river, all the amenities- toilet, grill, fire pit- were great, well maintained, and even had wood, charcoal and cleaning supplies. I do wish there was a table of some sorts.

Pretty private and secluded, yet close to everything pretty much. Site was large and clean and they provided a few extra supplies as well. Right next the water, but because of the recent rain, it was too high to cross when we were there. Overall 5 star

Ok there is no trail you can’t walk very expensive for the small space
