Get out of the city to visit 40 acres of private pasture and forrest in the New River Valley of Virginia. Completely surrounded by nature enjoy the tranquil sounds of half a mile of Sinking Creek, watch the abundant wildlife, and enjoy total privacy without seeing anyone else. Located 20 mins from Blacksburg and Virginia Tech and 30 mins from Roanoke. Walking Distance from the Appalachian Trail and less than an hour to best in state hikes McAfees Knob, Dragons Tooth, Cascades as well as the New River.
