The site was perfect. Nicely tucked down in a valley with a streaming running by. Enjoyed our stay.

This is a private site near a nice little creek for the youngins to play around in along with a big field and woods. The road noise isn't too bad. Its far enough away it just becomes part of the background. The amenities on site (table, cover, fire ring, etc.) are a nice touch too.

What a great spot for an overnight camp. Even a weekend getaway would be nice. But for us we stayed here for the night to head down to Overland Expo in the morning. It’s secluded, no one else around besides the occasional car coming down the road. A little wet but no problems with 4WD. Lisa was a great host as well. Nice, accommodating and fast with responses. 11/10 would recommend for a quiet night away.

Good spot to pitch a tent for the night. There are 2 sites in this section, if you’re in the site by the woods you’ll have a much better experience than the other one if there’s anyone else there. No bathroom really means no bathroom and if you’re in the non-woodside site, there is no privacy at all to do your business. Overall though the picnic table and fire pit are great and the site is clean and well maintained. The brewery across the street ends up being about a mile walk but it’s totally worth it.

We had a great weekend at sandy bottom. From reading previous reviews, I knew before booking that there was going to be road noise. We use earplugs at night so this wasn’t a big deal for us. The most important thing for us and what I most loved about this property is how close it is to hiking and brewery’s. It’s about 15 minutes from devils backbone, bold rock and three notch brewery. And about 20 to 30 minutes from Crabtree falls, humpback rocks and other great hikes. We loved being the only campers in the area and the creek was nice and relaxing to have right there

Great spot to camp! Felt secluded and peaceful, despite the road noise. Did not love having to book two sites to bring two vehicles, but was nice to have the space to ourselves (third site was not booked). Love how close it was to a brewery with good beer and beautiful views. Would love to go back by myself, but probably won't with a group since only one vehicle is allowed per site.

Very good communication from hosts. Great location to 151 and all of the breweries and wineries along there. HIGHLY recommend checking out the brewery across the street it is very cool and has live music and food trucks. Only downside was there was some road traffic! But nothing unmanageable.

Crawfish Creek on Cory and Lisa's property was perfect. The weather from the past couple of days made it a bit wet/muddy and the grass being tall didn't help but it was still a great spot and even better time. Lisa was very responsive and helpful. She even went out to the campsite prior to us showing up to let us know where the dry spots were and also moved the tables & fire rings for us. I would highly recommend staying at Longview Farm. I would definitely come back. The little creek was awesome too. Helped fill our shower containers and sounded great at night while winding down. 👍

Very nice spot. Glad we camped here for the Expo. This was quiet and peaceful. As mentioned, there is some noise from the highway heard through the trees, but the field is secluded and nice. Lisa was very responsive and helpful.

Cory and Lisa's land was absolutely beautiful! The views were stunning it was easily accessible and they were such great hosts! Any questions we had or anything we needed they responded right away and helped us out! 10/10 would stay here again and recommend to anyone!

We loved our stay at Sunset Ridge! Beautiful views and our dogs loved being able to run around in the field. Communication with Lisa was great! Perfect stay and location for our trip to Expo Overland.

We absolutely loved this campsite! The views are GORGEOUS, and it was so peaceful and secluded. We did the infamous Nellysford brewery and winery trail, and were so excited by how close this property was to everything we wanted to do on our trip. Cory and Lisa were very nice and easy to communicate with, and we will absolutely camp here again.

We had a great time camping at Cory and Lisa's farm. We brought out 16 month old and our dog and they both loved the wide open space but we also felt very letting them explore. It was very warm and I rented the pop up tent right before we arrived and Lisa brought it as we arrived. Their kids made our son a coloring kit with water color paint and crayons which was so sweet. We had dinner at the brewery across the road which was amazing. We also loved exploring the property and hanging out at the creek. We can't wait to come back

What a lovely setting for a little family getaway with the grandkids. Absolutely gorgeous and so easy to get to. Hosts Cory and Lisa were communicative and helpful and the creek and the “rope play space” were delightful extra bonuses that kept the kids enjoying the great outdoors for hours.

Beautiful meadow. Very well maintained and there's shared access to a little creek. Hosts were very accommodating and you can't beat the location for boondocking next to 151. Directly across from the farm brewery which is family and dog friendly.

Great location…amazing hosts…we were all alone in a field by the creek…lots of trees surrounding…a herd of deer came through each evening to bed down . Nice big fire pit and table provided .
