It's definitely a long walk to site. Owner did haul us out. But when we left we walked everything back. Would have enjoyed more if we could just drive back. Pictures shown of pond and where fire pit is near pond looks nothing like that in person. It's a huge mess of trees cut down and piled. Owner is working on property. Owner was very friendly gave us free wood and propane. Instead of just having everything set up like propane, shower, or water he would ask if we needed it set up. I just said not to worry about it. But wish I hadn't after wards. Firefly's in the field and stars were beautiful.

Woods Tree Farm was a fun hideaway for all of us, especially with all of the Christmas trees around. Kids imagination ran wild talking about the Christmas trees, fields of flowers and fishing in the pond. Phil provided a fun tour upon arrival and offered help as needed but also plenty of privacy for our family. There was an abundance of wildlife to include turkey and deer. We will be returning and enjoying this farm throughout the year.
