Jon was most accommodating and a wealth of local information. He loaned us an electric heater for our camper so we didn't have to use the noisy one installed. The driveway was a bit daunting for backing up but we did it without too much effort. There's a great hike with waterfalls on the property and a cute cafe close by with good food and live music. The bathrooms were the cleanest and nicest I have seen camping! We will definitely return!

Beautiful campsites on a hill overlooking the valley. Each site had a covered picnic table, tent platforms, electricity, and a sink. Bathhouse with hot water was a real treat. Hosts were communicative and helpful. Highly recommend.

Beautiful location, accommodating and welcoming hosts. Very nice clean bathrooms, showers, and laundry! Best I've ever seen at a camp ground. Sites are pretty private with their own sink and tent. It is in the middle of nowhere but pretty easy to find off the main road. Dog friendly. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Jon and Ann were fantastic hosts! Such lovely people and such a great camp spot. There are great trails right on the property that wind through some beautiful woods, as well as longer trails around the quaint and peaceful neighborhood. Jon and Ann shared great recommendations for nearby activities and made us feel at home.

This campsite was amazing. The cleanest bathroom and shower room with a small heater during a below 32 night was great after a long bike ride. The grille, electric hookup and tent over the table were nice glampy touches. It’s nice to rough it, but it’s equally nice to have some comfort features. The host Ann, was extremely nice and friendly. Can’t say enough good things about this location!

Peaceful Escape in Nature.
This remote campsite near Stowe is a quiet slice of paradise. Surrounded by gorgeous trees and untouched nature, it’s the perfect spot to unwind. Ann and Jon were wonderful hosts and the property is beautiful. Shower houses were clean and nice to have available. Lots to explore in the area. We enjoyed our stay and our children had a blast exploring.

The nature views were beautiful, we saw many animals along the roads into the surrounding towns, and the campground/bathroom was very well maintained, clean, and cute.

What a beautifull and quiet place. We loved it.
Shower and restroom are clean and nice. WIFI works great if you are on the campground. We were in site 5 which is actually about 600ft away and the wifi did not reach that far. We had no mobile service.
Ann was a very nice and helpfull host.

Perfect stop for the Green Mountain Growler Tour. The camping spots are all great and well equiped (wifi!), and the bathroom is super clean.

Jon and Ann's space is so beautiful and peaceful! Its location is far enough out that you can see all the stars at night but still conveniently close to food and many attractions.
The campsite itself feels secluded and is maintained beautifully. The facilities are clean and appear recently updated.
It was great to have full hookup for our trailer!
We felt very welcomed and appreciated Jon answering all our questions!

1st things 1st, John is an excellent host. The infrastructure at each tent site is crazy... shade tents, counter and sink. The shower is amazingly clean. The on your way out (if on bike) dont miss the maple corner store 4 miles down the road.

I chose to stay here in my mini camper van after photographing a wedding nearby. I rolled in late after a long day of working, the location was quiet, and I was able to fall asleep quickly!
When I woke up, I was able to spend the morning taking in the beauty of the location! The views of the gardens and Smith Pond were lovely, and I had a hairy woodpecker keeping me company while I drank some tea and read my book. The deck was the perfect spot to do a little yoga flow and some morning stretches. Jon stopped by the site to say "hello" and check in; he was very hospitable.
The bathrooms were VERY clean, the campsite had running water, and firewood was available for purchase at a self-serve kiosk. I would definitely return!

what a stay! the space was more than enough for 11 of us. jon and ann were also so accommodating. bringing us chairs and just generally being great. would stay again in a heartbeat.
