Wise Pines is a holistic and sustainable Inn/Hiker Hostel with a unique farm stay experience. It sits on 40 acres of land with wooded trails and a pond to sit by. We have a veggie garden, fruit trees, chickens, and goats. *electric fencing is LIVE!* We utilize solar energy and have energy efficient rated buildings. Goats are natural escape artists and love to explore the property to eat trees and more grass. You may see them running around or taking an afternoon nap on the hill, outside of their fenced in area. The owners of the property, Chelsey and Jon live with with their two young kids and dogs on the premises. The dogs are unleashed and friendly (though they will come running and barking loudly to say hi)! We have a yoga studio and offer classes upon request. We have many games for you to use, a bluetooth movie projector, walking trails (sometimes needing a bit of maintenance), a fire pit and grill. The property is in the woods rustic woods of Vermont, amongst all of its seasons. Please note that we do our best to maintain the property as weather arises, but the walkways, some of which are a bit steep, may be snowy, icy or otherwise. Please come prepared with a vehicle and shoes that are suited for the season of your arrival (mud, snow and ice) for both our property and the town road we live on. Checking in during daylight hours is advised. Nearby, the town of Woodstock in only minutes away with cute shops and restaurants. There are many local hikes, national and state parks, the Quechee Gorge, white water rapids, The VAST (snowmobile trails), ski resorts and array of local events to attend.

"NoBo" Treehouse at Wise Pines

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape at Wise Pines Inn/Hiker Hostel. This bedroom on stilts allows you to sleep amongst the trees peacefully. Yoga is available upon request. Explore 40 acres of walking trails through the woods, garden and around a tranquil pond. wisepines.com This one room treehouse is tucked lightly into the woods for a tranquil setting, not far from another treehouse of its kind. The space includes a lush queen-sized bed, a table with bar stools, a dresser, mini fridge, water dispenser with glassware, and 4 large windows. Heat is available, so as to be enjoyed all year long. The bathroom and shower are located in common building down a slightly steep, gravel walking path (160 ft away), which is shared with the other treehouse lodging accommodation. In this building, there is also a kitchenette for your to use. We have a griddle, grill, microwave, toaster oven, pizza pizzaz, blender, coffee maker and electric kettle for you to use. The oven and stove can be used from 5am-9pm. To use you must turn the hood on. Enter the code provided in the kitchen by pressing- top right button (reset), top left (up), then bottom right (enter) 4x. Then the stove/oven can be used. It will automatically turn off after 2 hours of use. All ingredients in the kitchen are OFF LIMITS. Please be prepared to bring your own foods/beverages that you wish to have during your stay. The tree house sits on 40 acres of land, complete with walking/hiking trails to enjoy. On the property is a pond, many fruit trees, chickens, and goats. *electric fencing is LIVE!* The tree house is spaced out from, but shares land with a renovated barn (used as another lodging accommodation), and a nearby common building that is a shared space for all guests to relax, eat, and attend studio events.

Explore 40 acres of walking trails through the woods, garden, and around a tranquil pond. This two level renovated barn offers two private rooms each with a queen sized bed, a bunk room of 8 beds (4 bunk beds) with a small seating area, and a large upper deck that looks over the property with views of wild sunsets. There is a bathroom with two private toilets and showers. There is a small kitchenette with a sink, toaster oven, mini fridge, and coffee maker. In another nearby building (the lodge), there is a full kitchen which is shared with the two other treehouse lodging accommodations. We have a griddle, outdoor grill, microwave, toaster oven, pizza pizzaz, blender, coffee maker and electric kettle for you to use. The oven and stove can be used from 5am-9pm. To use you must turn the hood on. Enter the code provided in the kitchen by pressing- top right button (reset), top left (up), then bottom right (enter) 4x. Then the stove/oven can be used.
