If you have been looking and want to experience staying in a Tiny House, here is your chance! Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable 6-acre escape. Imagine waking up in the morning, sipping coffee and looking at the peaks of the Mountains in the distance -Canon, Lafeyette, Wheeler Hill, are just a few you will see. Later, walk a 1/4 mile to the reservoir to swim, fish, and kayak! This is an established birding area. Eagles and Ospreys fly overhead. At night, light the fire pit, cook some food on the grill, and possibly see the wildlife. At night, look up at the stars, very little light pollution here! Wake up in the morning and enjoy your coffee. Deer usually walk around in the wee hours. The property has solar lights, a solar security camera, and plenty of parking for your boat or ATV. The ATV trail is 400 ft away from the driveway. Moore Reservoir is 1/4 mile away with a boat ramp and swim recreation area.
