Palm Beach

Tent site · Sleeps 8
Palm Beach is in an incredibly gorgeous private gravel beach area by the gently cascading waters of Broad Brook. Being that its located right next to Broad Book, if any heavy rain is forcaste we would want to relocate you to a different campsite. Move your tent to higher ground. There are several flat areas to pitch several tents for those traveling with a group. You can cool your selves off in the shallow swimming holes by this campsite. It's about a 200-foot walk and go over the foot bridge to the campsite. DO NOT attempt to drive across Broad Brook, most vehicles trying this have gotten stuck and needed to be towed out.

Old barn site

RV/tent site · Sleeps 12 · Vehicles under 45 ft
Hey there! Just a heads up about the Old Barn campsite – it's a beautiful spot with a historic backdrop in southern Vermont. You'll find the stone foundation of an old barn, which adds to the charm of the place. There are plenty of things to do, like enjoying a campfire, stargazing, and exploring the nearby trails. Oh, and there's a flock of 4 French Guinea hens that hang out behind the red barn. They help keep the tick population in check, but they can get a little noisy during the day and start chirping at dawn. No, no, Nanett, Luigi, and Maria live in the barn. They are very friendly Nubian goats; you may hear them call out once in a while. People find their sounds charming, but others might not be fans. The hens are a bit shy around people, so if you're a nature lover, you might enjoy their company. Just something to keep in mind!
