Located on 12 acres in the pathway of the 2024 Solar Eclipse. We are in the heart of Long Trail country in North Central Vermont. Our home is surrounded by forests. Drive up a long driveway, up a slight hill that opens to a large open lawn that leads to trails. It is private and peaceful. Enjoy evenings sitting under the stars with a spectacular view of the Milky Way. Minutes away from Lake Eden, the Lamoille Valley Rail trail and a variety of local watering holes, breweries and ski resorts. A great area for the outdoor enthusiast with biking, hiking, canoe or kayaking nearby and convenient. We are a beginning homestead with chickens, vegetable and herbs in our hoop house, and in the summer host small events like drum circles, farmers markets and small festivals, all announced on our website calendar. We offer tent sites, RV sites and rent out our RV - the Cozy Cabin Cruiser. There is a communal fire pit, tent gazebo with table and chairs I am an Acupuncture Physician and herbalist, I have a holistic clinic and also host a variety of wellness events on the property including; community acupuncture, forest bathing, wild food foraging and self sufficiency classes. We are excited about hosting folks on our Holistic Homestead!

Hope to Return.

Olgas campsite exceeded our expectations in every way. camping in a wooded backyard could go wrong in so many ways which we prepared for. Olga anticipated issues and eliminated them before any had time to happen. There were a lot of campers (because of the eclipse) but everyone had space, and all the campers were well behaved (by accident or design?). As a cook, I was impressed by Olgas cooking, and I strongly recommend the rabbit. If I were bringing children, I would bring multiple tiers of entertainment. This is not a KOA, there is no swimming pool, or modern conveniences. This is as advertised, remote, wooded environment perfect for getting away from KOAs and modern conveniences. As I write, I am trying to think of constructive criticism, but none comes to mind. Nothing is perfect, but Olgas campsite was pretty darn close for my purposes.

Cozy Cabin Cruiser

Hidden gem with creature comforts

This camper was perfect for our 4 person eclipse road trip. Olga and her family were very kind and accommodating. Unfortunately the RV had a plumbing issue which meant there was no hot water, but Olga and her husband went above and beyond to compensate and still make the stay comfortable. Other than that, we had a great time! Other guests were very respectful and as a bonus, we got a great view of the stars at night.
