Greenhope Farm started out renting primitive campsites on their Walden Vermont farm in 1980..Our original dream was to have a women's retreat where we taught women from urban areas survival skills i.e. fire building, organic gardening, goat dairying, horseback riding , maple sugaring and much more.  Through the years (actually decades) we have morphed and grown and shrunk...but here we are now in Westmore Vermont, home to Willoughby Lake and the Willoughby State forests.
