  • Review summary

    Generated from real Hipcamper reviews

Campers consistently describe their stay as peaceful and relaxing, with Grateful Acres offering a beautiful setting and welcoming hosts. The site is praised for being clean and well-organized, with stunning views and clear night skies perfect for stargazing. While some mention the lack of showers as a minor inconvenience, the overall experience is overwhelmingly positive, with many planning to return. The surroundings, including nearby hiking and a reservoir, add to the appeal of this off-grid escape.

We absolutely loved our stay at Grateful Acres! We visited for the long weekend, and Stephanie was an excellent communicator. It drizzled a bit on our second night, but there was more than enough lighting provided for us to enjoy a cozy evening inside. Everything was clean and well kept. The only thing to keep in mind is the proximity to neighboring sites. We were quite close to our neighbors, which didn’t bother us personally. If privacy is a priority for you, I’d recommend messaging the very kind host to ask which site offers the most space from others. If you’re looking for a beautiful fall camping location, I highly recommend Grateful Acres. Kind folks, clean accommodations, and easy to find even at night!
