Our property is nestled in the foothills of the Mad River Valley, close to the headwaters of the river. The property is composed of wetlands, agricultural meadows, old apple trees, and hardwood forest with 700 feet of elevation. All structures on the property are solar-powered and a rainwater system feeds the sink in the outdoor kitchen. There are a handful of individual camp sites available in the spring, summer and fall, as well as a communal outdoor kitchen with lighting, a fire pit, a stone pizza oven and a sitting/yoga deck. We also offer more of a "glamping" experience in our 14 ft yurt, which comfortably sleeps 2-3 people with wood stove heat and a solar battery for lighting. We love sharing this space with others and offering a rustic forest getaway.

Hemlock Campsite

This site was awesome! Host gave extremely clear directions, and the hemlock site is super close to parking and on site amenities but tucked very neatly down in the tree line and is very private. Creek is a super nice touch! Only regret is not spending more time on site there, so I’ll plan on coming back next summer.

Spruce Campsite- Car Camping

Really nice site. Beautiful outdoor kitchen and deck. Make sure to find the outhouse before dark. Its not hard to find but its bit of walk depending on which site you are at. Great swimming 2 min away at the Riverside Park on Rt 100. Will definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous camp site. Slept so well to the babbling brook. My dog was so happy to be there and had a blast running through the different terrains!

Perfect Mad River Valley Camping

What a sweet tenting spot – the location couldn't be better, right on a small stream and next to a waterfall that trickles all night. The outdoor kitchen is excellent. It has all the basics including a gas grill, a basic washing setup. It's covered, which means you can make your morning coffee away from the morning dew. The location is in the middle of everything in the Mad River Valley: Close to Warren, a short drive to Waitsfield and the legendary Mehuron's Supermarket.

Camping in the Hemlock Site was stunning! A serene & remote setting in the woods with the constant background music of a running stream, this was the perfect camping escape :)
