Escape to 10 private acres of Vermont forest at the end of a gravel drive. Your 20' white bell tent sits on a hand-built platform in a half-acre clearing surrounded by untouched woods. Inside, unwind with cozy seating; outside, gather around the fire pit or relax in Adirondack chairs as the sun rises or stars emerge. Wake to birdsong, explore Vermont's scenic roads and trails, then return to your secluded camp. This is rustic glamping—expect forest terrain with rocks, roots, and nature's authentic sounds (woodpeckers included!). Perfect for couples, friends, or solo travelers seeking to disconnect and recharge in true wilderness.This isn't ordinary camping—it's thoughtfully curated glamping that honors both comfort and wilderness authenticity. The fire ring serves as your kitchen, entertainment center, and meditation space for cooking meals, sharing stories, and listening to flames crackle. Camp Butz challenges you to disconnect from digital distractions under dark skies where the Milky Way stretches overhead. Had a blast at Ryan's spot! My college friends and I do a camping trip every summer and this is one of the best spots we've stayed. It had everything - clean, spacious, secluded, stylish - it was perfect. The bell tent was super cute and spacious and there was still plenty of space to set up tents. This might be a bit of a weird comment but feel like most campers will appreciate - toilet set up was phenomenal! one of the cleanest, fanciest drop toilets I've come across (and I've come across many!) Ryan was a phenomenal host. Super responsive and accommodating. Highly highly recommend this spot!

We absolutely loved Camp Butz and Ryan and family have done an amazing job with the space. The tent and COMFY BEDS are just one of the great amenities. It’s located in such a beautiful spot in Vermont-lots to do in the area. The space was totally private as well - not like a campground with people right next to you. We will be back! Absolute gem!! My whole family loved it!

Camp Butz was a great place for a quiet weekend in Vermont to see the fall colors. The tent, beds and deck were welcoming and comfortable. The site was private and peaceful with a great view of the stars.
