The Burke Backyard Bell Tent is a spacious 16-foot canvas bell tent set on a 20x30-foot platform in a private, quiet backyard with direct access to Kingdom Trails. Tucked 350 feet from the driveway, the site offers a peaceful, secluded feel just 4 minutes from East Burke Village and 8 minutes from Burke Mountain.The Burke Backyard Bell Tent is a 16' canvas bell tent on a 20x30' platform in a quiet backyard with direct access to Kingdom Trails. This hike-in/bike-in glampsite is 350 feet from the driveway and includes two twin beds with bedding, filtered water, a BOXIO wash station and composting toilet with privacy tent, prep table, bistro set, rechargeable lantern, solar bistro lights, shared access to a fire pit, and a garden cart for hauling gear. Additional guests are welcome to stay if they bring their own sleeping pads and bedding. The tent awning can also be removed to allow space for a small additional tent on the platform. Please be mindful of your party size and quiet hours; this is our full-time home and we like to get good sleep. 😴 While bedding is provided, you may still want to bring your sleeping bags if the evenings are cool during your stay. There is one other rental spot on the property. Feel free to book both if you’d like to share the space with friends! [xxxxxxxx] Guests have access to the driveway, the platform, the tent, and the fire pit. Fire wood is provided behind the barn and on the far side of the garden shed. 🪵 Currently I have no way of securing food, so please store it in your car when not in use so as not to attract bears. Please store absolutely no food in the tent. 🐻

Burke Backyard Bell Tent
We had a great stay at this glamping site! The tent was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was peaceful and provided a nice outdoor experience while still having the comforts we needed. The owner was friendly, responsive, and made the entire stay easy and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Great spot!
Burke Backyard Bell Tent
I enjoyed my stay at the Burke Backyard Bell Tent! I met Deste briefly and she was friendly. The town of East Burke is only a few minutes away and there was super easy access to lots of incredible mountain biking. While you have to walk from the driveway past the house to get to the tent, once you are there it feels pretty private and spacious. It was clean and there were some cute solar lights. The only thing I would improve is the bathroom situation, which is a pretty simple Boxio set up which I didn't find the most comfortable.

Perfect place for camping in Burke
Burke Backyard Bell Tent
It was a really nice place to discover in the beautiful little town of Burke. We've been there in the middle of a bikepacking trip and the place was perfect. A big wooden base with a huge bell tent on it. We really appreciated the jug of water and the composting toilet, plus a table with two chairs. The place was so quiet, in a huge backyard in a field, surrounding by woods. There's a fireplace with chairs also and the wood is included. I would recommend this place for everyone who want to stay in Burke and have an amazing stay !
