Wake up to endless high desert sky and fall asleep under some of the darkest, clearest night skies in Utah. Yuba Desert Sky RV Camp sits on 4 open acres just outside Scipio, minutes from Yuba Lake/Reservoir and directly adjacent to BLM land, so bring the ATVs, the dog, and the telescope. This is true open high desert terrain: flat, hard-packed ground with no trees or brush to navigate, which makes for easy pull-through access even for big rigs. Every site has full hookups, electric, water, and sewer, so you roll in, hook up, and you're set. There is cell service on site, though coverage varies depending on your carrier. Past guests have called the sites level and quiet, with "breathtaking" night skies. Come expecting wide-open desert views rather than shade and tree cover; that openness is exactly what makes the stargazing here so good. Everything you could hope for!

Site 2 Double Wide Campsite

This was the perfect space for us and would be for anyone wanting to bring a trailer or RV! It’s got plenty of room and is all leveled out nicely so pulling in and parking was a breeze. It’s so peaceful and quiet out there. The stars at night are breathtaking and the beach access just a couple minutes away was super fun with the pavilions, docks to jump in, and beach for our kids to have a blast. You get all the perks of hookups for your trailer without having to be in a packed trailer park or KOA. And you’re right there next to BLM land (plenty of riding trails) and the lake! We would definitely come back! You won’t regret staying here!
