We are a burgeoning co-op farm and native plant nursery. We are a group of 3 friends who escaped the urban life to be startup farmers. Our 10 acre property is located in the beautiful Sevier Valley. On a clear night, our dark skies offer amazing views. We are located near several hot springs and amazing hikes and trails. We offer four different glamping accommodations for you to choose from! Our one of a kind cozy cabin space includes electric heat/AC, lights and fantastic views of the garden. It is nestled into our family garden and includes a picnic table and fire pit. Bathroom facilities are located approximately 30 yards away in our guest common area. Our cozy canvas bell tent is located in our nursery on our boutique farm. It is a simple, unique and cozy spot, perfect for a quick overnight stay or as home base for a few days while you explore. Space is solar and battery lit. When temps dip below 40 we offer supplemental heat. This tent is not recommended for light sleepers. We have a second canvas bell tent as well and a little red cabin near our garden! Showers, toilets, and bins are available for all of our accommodations.

Incredible for star gazing. Very nice clean tents, and the silo for kitchen/bathrooms/showers are kept real well too. We arrived late and carrie left a light on for us to make everything easy. No complaints

We LOVED staying on Carrie Ann’s property — gorgeous dogs, comfy beds (with ample blankets), hot showers, and very sweet doggos that taught our Aussie how to behave around goats, haha! Couldn’t recommend more. Five stars all around!

It was a great experience the place was very well maintained and the views were spectacular. Love how easy it was to get there and Carrie was really friendly. The Silo is a very clean space and would definitely stay again.

Site 3 - Glamp Tent

Great spot!

Perfect spot for two friends to spend a night to adventure. Had all we needed to sleep comfortably, have a fire, and access several points of interest- hot springs and river. Appreciated the hot shower, firewood on site and space to make coffee. Wonderful thunder and lightning storm overnight. We wouldn’t change a thing. As a side note- If your light sleeper, some earplugs might be recommended as the tent does move slightly with the wind. Tolerance of dogs and some pet hair needed- we love animals it was great to get to know the resident dogs that roam the property
