Kristine was a great host and super accommodating. We had the whole place to ourselves and it was a great place to relax. The dogs loved to play in the grass.

Kristine’s property was perfect for our overnight stay. The land feels very private as it sits up high and looks out over a little valley and towards the mountain. We had space, peace and quiet! Kristine communication was wonderful and it was so nice chatting with her. I would highly recommend.

Kristine was so helpful when we needed a last minute spot to camp and had no idea where to go! This was our first time using Hipcamp and I was worried I wouldn't hear back from her promptly especially since we were only 10 minutes away when I reached out. Thank God she replied right away, reassured me that she had the perfect place for us to setup and even met us at the front door. Absolutely beautiful property with views of the mountains and privacy. It was an absolute lifesaver after two months of Boondocking across the country and never knowing what you're going to get! Thank you Kristine, we will be sure to visit again on our way back home ❤️

The views up to and at Rasmussen Ridge were breathtaking. The property is cute and well cared for. Kristine was a lovely host, I'd highly recommend, and would definitely stay again.

this was a great place to spend the night, the hose was great and nice flat parking spaces. I went on a walk all around the neighborhood so quiet and nice.

This is a great spot with a great host. It was an easy in and out pulling a 31' travel trailer. Plenty of space to turn around. There were many spots to pick from since we were the only campers when we stayed. There was more than enough room for our dogs to get out and stretch their legs. They appreciated grass after traveling through desert for the week. The property itself pretty flat, beautiful and has a mountain view.
As other reviewers have said, it's not completely private in some spots but it isn't bad to see the side of a neighboring house. We had no issues with it.
Kristine was super responsive, very friendly and very accommodating when our trip plans changed slightly. Kristine mentioned she has repeat guests and I can see why. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Kristine was delightful to work with. We forgot dogfood and she gave us some to tide us over. The site is beautiful and quiet with more privacy than we have found at nearly all commercial campgrounds. We will return!

We had an amazing stay at Rasmussen Ridge! The views were absolutely stunning — peaceful, open skies, and the kind of quiet that instantly makes you feel relaxed and grounded. The site was clean, well-marked, and easy to access, with plenty of space to spread out and enjoy.
What really stood out was the hospitality. Kristine was super responsive and helpful, offering great local tips and making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The setup was ideal for both tents and RVs, and we loved how close it was to nearby hiking and stargazing spots.
If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with gorgeous views and a welcoming host, I highly recommend booking a stay at Rasmussen Ridge. We’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful host met me out front, gave me a brief history of the property and pointed me to her suggested spots. Understand that you are essentially parking in a large back/side yard where you can see houses and is on a ridge above a back road. That being said this is a mostly level, mostly quiet and mostly private place to stay and had a lovely sunrise view. It was exactly what I needed to get off the road and having a welcoming host makes it all the better.

My wife and I needed a place to stay well driving from Colorado to Oregon and Kristine’s land was perfect to park our 20 foot trailer. There was plenty of space for us to choose a spot and it was quite beautiful… even though we didn’t get to enjoy it for too long. Kristine was an amazing communicator and we would highly recommend a stay at her property!

Kristine was very kind, and she communicated well to help us get to her place easily where she was waiting to meet us. It's a big, grassy flat spot to park with a beautiful view and a sweet and friendly dog, to boot! We took a little walk around the neighborhood and enjoyed viewing local history in the cemetery. A pretty sweet spot. We would come here again!

Had a really lovely time here! My dog and I are traveling solo, so we got to enjoy the view while also feeling really safe on private property.
Kristine was so kind and we met some regulars which should speak for itself!

What a great and welcoming stay.
Our dog and kids were the happiest on this beautiful flat grass plateau with a beautiful view. The family was super nice and we very enjoyed the suggestion to bike around the little towns lake. A pleasant safe haven.

We loved camping with our trailer on Kristine’s property. She responded promptly and was waiting when we arrived to advise on local places of interest and tasty eateries. The wonderful layout of the property showed that she cares about her campers having a beautiful campsite. There was a local road within earshot but the daytime traffic was less noisy than most campgrounds with generator use. Nighttime was very quiet. We’ll definitely stay here again.
