There are biking trails near the property that you can hop right on. Lund Trail and Three Peaks are both really close. We are 15 minutes from Wal-mart, Panda, Cafe Rio and other businesses. Near Brian Head Ski Resort, Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, Cedar Breaks National Monument, and other great outdoor activities. The property has a gentle slope of about 7 feet down to the east over about 200 feet. It is rocky and sandy desert. You will want to bring water.
