The staff at the campground were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The RV sites were very clean, and the shared facilities—such as the showers, BBQ grills, and hot tubs—were all well maintained, making our stay very comfortable. There was also a supermarket, a hardware store, and a gas station just a two-minute drive away, which was very convenient.

New, clean, great pool and hot tub area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I do recommend staying farther from the road if you are a light sleeper as it can be quite noisy. We would gladly stay here again.

Hidden Gem Just Below Zion

I had such a wonderful, peaceful trip. The resort is car camper friendly; which I appreciate as a solo SUV camper enthusiast, the concrete pads are nice and level. The amenities are very clean and new, and the waterfall arch in the pool is a nice touch. Hot tub is VERY hot and I liked that! The fancy shower heads were an extra surprise for a weary traveler, no RV has pressure like that. I ended up staying another day because I enjoyed the atmosphere, clean amenities and friendliness of the other campers. Travis was a wonderful host and I highly encourage you to book a night here if you’re heading to Zion but want to stay away from the chaos!

Travis was such a great host! I needed a quiet spot to get some remote work meetings done and he was able to find space on the premises for me to use! Everyone was very friendly. The showers are clean and the pool very refreshing. Thank you!

This RV site was a great spot to go into Zion National Park from. It's less than 30 minutes to the east gate of the park. The pool area was well maintained. Bathrooms/showers were clean. Late check-in/early check-out process was seamless.

We weren’t sure we could stay her because we were car camping and not staying in a RV. The staff gave us the green light and made check in easy. Down to calling us to explain check in procedures since we would be getting in very late. The location was clean and organized. Well lit and quiet. The amenities were fantastic the views were great. We will definitely be back soon.

We really enjoyed our stay at Gateway Luxury RV Campground. Our site, #35 had beautiful views of the mountains. We were greeted by friendly and helpful staff. The campground was very clean with great amenities. Location was perfect, just 30 minutes to Zion National Park and easy access to coffee shops, grocery stores and more.

This particular site is close to a main thoroughfare with loud traffic noise. Ensure that your selected site is not along this road. Otherwise this RV resort is immaculate with clean bathrooms, swimming pool, hot tubs and level concrete pads, and centrally located to many interesting state and national parks in Southern Utah.

We enjoyed our stay at Gateway Luxury RV Resort a lot! The resort was very clean and pleasant, the amnesties are well maintained and easily accessible. Our casita was also very nice, the only downside was the twin beds (especially if you are 6’4”), besides that everything else was great. We would definitely stay here again, would just book a room with king size bed next time :)

This is a beautiful campground, extremely clean with really good amenities. I would say the only problem I had was Saturday night. I wanted to go over and sit in the hot tub about 10:00 and it was full of little kids, screaming yelling and playing. I just went to bed.

our last night 'camping'
Casita #02 (King-Pet)
We chose this to stay at for our last night, before packing and heading back to Vegas for our flight. There had been no reviews on HipCamp so I went to the web for reviews and was pleased enough with what I saw to book it. We were able to park our camper close to the casita. It felt great to soak in the hot tub after several days of wilderness camping. The place was incredibly clean and that bed was VERY comfortable. The people were VERY nice and welcoming. It definitely wasn't a camping experience, though that option was available to us in. We were surprised, though, that we had to go to a nearby gas station and pay to dump our grey water tank. After camping off grid, the place is very resort-like and homogenized. Depending on your preferences that may be exactly what you're looking for. The kids we saw were really enjoying the beautiful pool, corn hole and pickle ball. The dog owners had access to a fenced dog area. This was a great place as a final stopover for us after coming from remote camping in Grand-Staircase Escalante National Monument and returning to Vegas.
