Another Man's Treasure (cottage)
The four of us (Me, my fiance + 2 dogs) loved staying at Cody’s property. Having a large fenced in yard for our pups was amazing, not to mention an extremely well furnished home. Cody is an amazing host and even came by to check on things when I mentioned the wifi was down. We would definitely love to stay here again next time we’re in Hurricane!

A perfect place to stay while visiting Zion! The loft has absolutely everything you could need (we even did laundry one night!) and is extremely comfortable, clean, and cozy. We would definitely stay again the next time we’re in the area.

Family of 4 from Chicago stayed comfortably at the loft. My daughter's didn't care much for the futon they said it was too hard. They survived. Nice clean home. Complete kitchen. We appreciated the washer and dryer. 30-min drive to beautiful Zion National Park. Cody gave us some family friendly hiking suggestions. We appreciated the local insite and his quick response to answer all of our questions. Beautiful space with mountain views.

Cody was phenomenal and went above and beyond with maps and suggestions. The home was AMAZING for small kids. Big Backyard! Kitchen was well stocked and had a lot of space. Super close to Zion and beautiful surroundings. This house is a dream for people not wanting the hustle around Zion but want to be in the area. My wife said it was the best place we stayed on our 10 day adventure.

Very nice stay—we had everything we needed to cook our meals, wash clothes, and sleep comfortably during our stay. The hot tub is a nice touch! Very friendly hosts, easy to communicate with.

Cody’s loft is a great home base for Zion and all the surrounding fun towns and parks. It’s sparkling clean with all the essentials and a hot tub! Would absolutely stay here again!

This place is PHENOMENAL! We were in town to check out Zion and I almost felt like it might be too far. The drive to Zion was beautiful and the town of Hurricane much more quaint and affordable compared to Springdale. The king was the most comfortable bed we have ever slept on. The deck is great for chilling. We were so excited to have an awesome kitchen AND gas stove. The hot tub was perfect after soaking our sore muscles from the hikes. We were worried about privacy, but there was absolutely no issues with that. Cody was quick to respond. My husband and I will be booking this place really soon. Super affordable. I can’t say enough great things!
