We designed our homes to have a modern cabin type looks with a stylish open concept interiors. Stargazing is also amazing here in the crystal clear night sky! You can also help yourself to some of the tastiest apples you will ever eat July-September right off our trees. You might even see wild turkeys or mule deer across the river, right off the deck! This is a perfect central location for people who are wanting to visit both parks and other places in Southern Utah! Enjoy a propane grill on the porch as well as a private fire pit on the lawn.  Powered by Solar energy. Large windows throughout for natural lighting during the day with a constant view of the mountains and fields from every window! Laundry machine and shower felt like total luxury after camping! Super comfortable bed and pillows. Perfect place to recharge and use as base camp for visiting Zion and Bryce (both about an hour to their visitor centers)

Thanks so much to Nicole and Skyler! What a wonderful stay on beautiful property. It had everything we needed and they were super responsive. The hot tub was especially wonderful! Would gladly return.

Site 4 - Apple Hollow Tiny House
The tiny house was a perfect respite for my cross country adventure. It was so nice to be able to grill our dinner on the gas grill provided. The house was clean and nicely decorated with a cozy bed. The only downside was that the other visitors all left their porch lights on so the star gazing wasn't as spectacular as I had hoped, but this was no fault of the site itself. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

Apple Hollow tiny house was very comfortable and equipped with all the essential amenities to have an amazing stay. The kitchen was well stocked. The internet was fast and stable. All while being located perfectly in the middle between Zion and Bryce.

Modern Cabin in Secluded Orchard
Great location! Very close to Zion and Bryce. However, the cabin was not clean when we arrived - lots of dead bugs, rain puddle on the floor, and dirty hot tub. We had to vacuum and mop to fully enjoy the cabin. That being said, the hosts were quick and responsive - we were able to sort out the problems quickly. In terms of amenities, the basic essentials were present but we did need to go out to get additional supplies. In sum, the listing set our expectations higher than what was provided, but it was workable through some elbow grease.

Zion with Small Kids

Cody was an excellent host. The home was absolutely perfect for kids!! Big back yard. Spacious living area, awesome and well stocked kitchen. Cody went above and beyond for our Zion trip and the home was a highlight for my wife. Thank you guys!!

Perfect location for Zion + Bryce!
Apple Hollow Tiny House
This Hipcamp is the definition of a perfect location!! Nested right in the middle of Bryce Canyon and Zion, it was the perfect retreat for my weekend away with two of my best girlfriends. Pro tip: because it's delightfully remote, plan to cook your own meals (+ over a great fire!). Also add the Cordwood restaurant to your list... farm to table restaurant near Zion! 10/10 would stay again.

Great launching pt for nearby parks
Apple Hollow Tiny House
Perfect little jumping off point for both Bryce Canyon and Zion National Parks. The hosts were very accommodating with an early check in and the little cabin was perfectly comfortable, and even came with some helpful recommendations for a traveler totally unfamiliar with the area. The property is beautiful, clean, and quiet, despite being very accessible.

Cozy, clean, well equipped

We stayed 2 nights and loved every minute. The tiny houses are perfectly equipped with a tiny kitchen and a washer and dryer. Beds are amazing! Very cozy feel.

Apple Hollow Tiny House
All of us love the place. It has a fire pit outside the house, my friend and I had a good night time next to the fire pit. Also, this house is really close to the Zion park it would be a good staying choice if you’re visiting Zion state park. I would definitely recommend this house to my friends.

Modern Cabin in Secluded Orchard
This cabin at Apple Hollow was just what we needed for my husband and I, our two kids, and my parents! It was the perfect location between Zion and Bryce Canyon, which we visited multiple times. Even on the slow days, staying at the cabin was a treat with the beautiful views, upper deck, and hot tub. If we’re ever back in the area we will definitely stay here again!

Our party of 4 stayed in the Apple Hollow Tiny House for two nights. Everything was well stocked and perfect for our group. One couple slept on the pullout bed (which isn't the most comfortable due to a horizontal metal bar you definitely can feel through the mattress), and the other couple got the bedroom. Light is pretty bright in the morning if you're sleeping on the pullout but it'll help you wake up for your morning hikes. We were able to cook dinners and roast marshmallows in the evenings. We were able to park two cars, one in the small open, gravel driveway and one in front of the unit just off the road. AC unit is right next to the pullout couch so if you plan on leaving it on during the night, it might be a bit noisy for the person sleeping on the couch. Overall Nicole and Skyler were super accommodating and very responsive. Its about an hour from both Bryce and Zion and we'd definitely stay again.

The tiny house is so cute and the location is perfect in between Zion and Bryce. It is well stocked with everything you need, and it was especially nice to be able to do laundry in between hiking days. The hosts were so nice, very accommodating and responsive. Really hope to stay here again!

The Perfect Stay!

Such an amazing stay - wow! The attention to detail was incredible. The place was so clean and comfortable. It really cooled down in the evenings so it was so nice to have heat both in the main area and the bedroom. I truly could not recommend this place more! A great place to stay if you're exploring Bryce or Zion.

Perfect tiny house with great views

Great location to visit Zion and Bryce. Views of the mountains and orchard on the property itself are lovely. Tiny house was very comfrotable and cute with all of the essentials including kitchemware. Stayed in the middle of October and still able to gather q few delicious apples. Communication from host was lacking- never received confirmation email eith instructions on hownto access house and cleaning lady on site had no idea. Was able to get in touch but reception is very spotty so if you havent gotten an email with a code before the trip you might want to gwt in touch before arrival. Rock shop/Country store across the street is awesome and has all your camp food essentials.

A sweet respite for road trippers

What a great spot! A perfect mid-way resting place between Bryce and Zion. The 6 tiny houses are sweet little things, with big beds and small kitchens (think hi-tech hot plate and microwave and coffee pot) and laundry. The setting is lovely, surrounded by apple trees and close enough to the main road to be convenient, but not too noisy. Choose site 3 or 4 if you get the chance, as they have the prettiest views of the orchard and mountains.

Apple Hollow Tiny House
We stayed at a tiny house in Apple Hollow at the end of a long road trip. It was a great place to rest, relax, enjoy the amenities of the space but still be in the nature. We had a great time stargazing (great skies) and we munched on apples :-). Location is close to several ATV rental places and a number of national and state parks.

We had a great time in our spacious tiny home. We had privacy even though there were other guests staying on the property. The tiny home had more space than we imagined. If you are traveling to this location during COVID or offseason make sure to bring food with you because there is not much open nearby. Great access to Bryce, Zion, Kanab, and Pink coral sand dunes, Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about this place. This place was our tiny home away from home. It’s such a cozy cabin with everything you would need! It felt so homey and comfortable. Want to stargaze? Just step outside and sit the by the warm fire pit, roast marshmallows and watch the stars dance by (wood, fire starter and s’more sticks provided!). Want to hike? Just drive over to Bryce or Zion. Come back from the hike and throw your clothes in the washer/dryer! Feeling like pancakes this morning? You’re in luck! Pancake mix, syrup and griddle provided. What to cozy up on the couch with some blankets and watch a movie? Just turn on the TV and choose a movie from the many apps. Need to be on a work meeting? Setup your workspace on the dining table and connect to their WiFi for your zoom video call. Feeling like grilling? There is a gas grill right outside your door...just bring your veggies and meat and dress them up in some of the spices in the kitchen. I mean...this was the ULTIMATE place to stay at. It IS in the middle of nowhere and be warned that you won’t find a grocery or liquor store nearby...so get your booze and cooking ingredients before you get there for the ultimate glamping experience.

My first experience in a tiny home - loved it!! Everything felt clean and quaint. The house smelled like cinnamon which was cute and cozy. Check in was easy and host was responsive!
