Welcome to the Todos Santos Van Camp! This is a place where you can rest, be close to nature, and come together with like-minded people. We have four campsites on the property each with its own private shade structure for you to enjoy. There are two bathrooms and two outdoor showers with hot and cold water. We are in a wonderful area on the north end of Todos Santos 'el pueblo magico'. We are a 10 minute walk to multiple cafe's, restaurants, a grocery market, laundromat, and pilates studio. A serene beach is located just a 20 minute walk down a quiet sandy path and the surf break La Pastora is a 10 minute drive fro our camp. Todos Santos is a beautiful paradise where you can relax, surf, practice yoga at Cuatro Vientos, meditate, watch wild life, horseback ride, fish, hike, mountain bike, walk on the beach, eat foreign and local cuisine, visit art galleries and shop in local boutiques. Don't want to drive your RV around? We rent out mountain bikes, e-bikes and minivans to make your experience more easeful. You can easily ride to town, the yoga studio, or out to the surf break. Welcome to our camp spot "Carrizo Dreams." It is the third structure on your right after you enter the gate to Todos Santos Van Camp. THIS SPACE ONLY ACCOMMODATES ONE SMALL VEHICLE ~18ft. If you are pitching a tent and have a larger vehicle, there is an overflow parking spot where you can walk to the site. The space has a flat area with shade to pitch your tent and a front porch area for lounging. There is a level parking area for your car. The palapa is illuminated at night and shaded during the day. The palapa has a personal sink. You will have access to two bathroom stalls with standard flushing toilets (please flush your toilet paper) and two lovely outdoor shower stalls (hot and cold water) surrounded by local plant life. There is also an outdoor hand washing sink adjacent to the bathrooms.

Great for bike packers

Palapa 1 Jasmine
There were four of us bike packing the Baja Cape Loop and Van Camp made for a great stay for a few nights while we checked out Todos Santos. It was cute, had water and showers and we felt safe leaving our tents and gear up during the day. The host was responsive and helpful, I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this place!

I love this place. Just far enough out of town to be quiet but close enough to be convenient. They’ve done a lovely job with the gardens. We will likely stay here again!

Palapa 1 Jasmine
My wife and I have been traveling in our van on the Baja Peninsula and had the pleasure of visiting Andrea's spot in Todos Santos. The place is very nicely laid out with enough space, while still being very quaint - and is clearly Van-centric. Each spot has a small Palapa and seating area, with a sink. There are 2 toilets and showers for communal use, which was nice. The campsite is truly created for vans and nothing much bigger. We have a short wheel base sprinter and that worked really well. I suppose a long wheel base sprinter (170) would be fine too, but definitely check with them if your rig is larger. As noted in their listing information, there are no hookups, but it was nice to have a small sink at the parking spot and the aforementioned facilities. We stayed two nights and used our mountain bikes to ride to town as needed (about 10-15 mins to the main part of TS and less than 5 mins to a small grocery store and a few restaurants much closer. Make sure you follow Andrea's directions to access the camp as Google maps take you on roads that are less accommodating. While we were there, we had no hot water for the showers and the toilets had not been cleaned in a while, but it was fine -- we understand the challenges of being off-grid in Mexico. Andrea was very responsive and helpful throughout. Thanks and we hope to be back.
