We are an adult-only RV RESORT. No children under the age of 21 are allowed in the RV RESORT. Good News for Snowbirds and Winter Texans... We average 229 sunny days every year and ONE whole inch of snow, so you can leave your mittens behind. We are located 5 miles from 820. Need to dash out for a quick errand? Walmart is just a few minutes away. Our friendly, neighborly resort offers the best of both worlds. Everything is Bigger and Better in Texas!
