Waterside RV Resort, located in Sargent, TX is a luxury RV destination on the Gulf Coast. Covering one acre, we offer 11 extra-large RV sites, each with a Texas-sized 18 x 50 concrete pad and 1,500 feet of personal space. We are big-rig, pet, and eco-friendly. Enjoy 350 feet of private waterfront, great for fishing, crabbing, or just plain or R&R. Dock your boat park-side and access great Sargent fishing or coastal exploration directly from the park. Waterside amenities include full hookups, high-speed internet, large, level concrete pads, and a wide concrete driveway for easy parking. Our guest-only dock is a great place to take in world-class sunsets, enjoy family time, or have a friendly game of cornhole or horseshoes at Waterside Park. Opened in June 2022, Waterside is a family-owned, small business. As long-time RV-ers, the resort includes our favorite camping elements...waterfront spaces, wide spots with extra-large, level concrete pads, nice grass, and plenty of green space. We are just 90 miles from Houston and a million miles from hustle and bustle. The best-kept secret on the Gulf Coast. For beach, fishing, sunsets, or just R&R, Waterside RV Resort is your destination!

Site 11 is a deluxe site and one of the park favorites! It has the largest front lawn in the park (twice the normal size) just for your personal and private use. The front lawn is bordered by palm trees providing shade and a great beach vibe. Extra room to put your chairs out for incredible sunsets and nightly gulf breezes or set up a pop up tent for extra space during the day. It's directly across from the water (see photos). Oh yes, it also has the standard Extra Large 50' x 18' concrete pad!! This spot is a short walk from Waterside Park & Private Dock and our other large green space bordered by palm trees. Great for family activities or just extra room.

Small RV park very clean and nice grassy areas. Pads are level great hook ups and very good wifi. The folks running the park were very nice and helpfull.

We had a great time at Waterside. Bill and Renata welcomed us upon arrival. The grounds are immaculate and it feels like a little oasis only 5min from the beach. Would definitely stay again.

We truly loved this quaint and quiet lil spot right on the canal. Very clean and welcoming with a beautiful view of the water right outside our door. We set up our lawn chairs and enjoyed the stars, breeze and fishing. We definitely recommend this lil rv spot . We'll definitely be going back.
