The Modern Molly project is a beautiful guest home located on the Double M Ranch in Rockdale, Texas. The building served as the used car office for the Gaither Ford Motor Company from the 1960's through the 1990's. It then spent 17 years as the go-to spot for Rockdalians to grab their morning breakfast taco, before making the trek to County Road 300 where it got the make-over of a lifetime, and has become a relaxing retreat for those seeking a different kind of lodging experience.
